blueowl Posted October 14, 2015 Share Posted October 14, 2015 Hi, I just reinstalled and can't access my purchases I made within the game, I click downloads and get "An error has occurred requesting the virtual balance" "Error code 1" I had a search and see this was common for a lot of people when the game launched but I can't find any info from this year.
