A tip on scouting

If you want a widespread scouting knowledge but find your focus concentrated on south america and europe, a good tip to increase range without the need for a feeder club is to search for a scout and in his nationality choose africa, middle east, oceanic, north american or whatever and look for scouts from there. once you have them recruited they will bring thier knowledge with them and will automatically search that area. dont count on a good scout i have a 10 adap 15 scouting pot and 15 scouting players as a scout from africa. also as the game runs on, players from these areas are low.

no, just go into the staff search and pick

set the search criteria to whatever you choose - I normally go with:

NOT based in 'Europe'

and NOT nationality is 'South American'

and then staff role is 'scout'

then just pick anyone
