I receive some offer, decide to accept one of them

This sound little bit strange because they do they offer first.

I had the same problem. They rejected because the offer the club proposed to me (their player for some picks) would unbalance the team.

I think this could be happening, because sometime the value of a player will fluctuate at certain time. (1 week a player might have a 5* ratings, the other 4*)

Remember when you accept a trade offer, both team need to confirm the trade, and this can take a few days.

My assumption is by the time the other team was ready to confirm the deal, the value of the players in the deal changed.

Therefore this deal was not worth it anymore to this team.

I've been getting this too. I tried accepting two different offers for the same player I put up for trade and both get declined, even when I add in some draft picks. I completed a couple trades before the update and hadn't seen this problem so I'm wondering if the update did something unintended?
