sempr Posted March 31, 2015 Share Posted March 31, 2015 Bug: Game crashes to desktop when trying to access the player profile of a free agent who has retired. Steps: - Load save sempr_player-retirement-crash.sav - Receive "Iowa approached by Brent Hill" news item. - Receive "Shock Retirement of Hill" news item. - Return to the approach news item, try to click on player profile in body of news item. - Game crashes. Save game was uploaded to the FTP. Free agent in question here is a player called Hill - received both news items mentioned above within a few days of each other, pretty much at the start of the game before training camp. I'm afraid I don't have a save for just before the appearance of the news items, but I've tried twice and the bug happens regardless of who the free agent is. Thanks, Sempr PS: There's also an issue with the team name not appearing in the text of the "Iowa Approached by Brent Hill" news item. Additional info: Brent Hill player profile not clickable in the retirement news item, but still clickable in the approach news item. Might be an indication that it ought not be clickable anymore.
