Hopefully you've got the update successfully? Some Users are experiencing a black screen when loading it up. We think this is either a corrupted or incomplete update or a caching issue. Watson156 Posted February 26, 2015 Share Posted February 26, 2015 I am having a problem with the editor. I have done a few edits and created a new database after saving it. When I go into the main game and try to load my new database, staright away it gives me a crash dump (won't even let me get to choose what nations I want to run) and closes the program. I am only having this problem with the database that I have done myself, as when I use a database that somebody else has created that works fine. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong? Roy Race 9 Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 i think the feedback says it all, there isnt any!!! interest seems lost in this once great product it has gone backwards. I have not been able to use the game due to waiting for issues with the editor to be resolved , now that a patch is out I am trying to use it but find several issues still persist, but even more frustrating is the fact files that previously worked before the patch now have to be validated in the editor if I make any changes to them, every time I test the file it brings obscure errors back like no teams found in level 97 of a comp/ if I run a test a second time it comes back with a different error ie level 87???(it is a single round league comp with 8 teams, that worked fine before) so I am done with this like many going back to fm14 sad to say but I think its time to move on from FM I have really loved the franchise I have used it from the outset,it has brought a lot of pleasure but this editor has been a massive let down, but it is more frustrating than anything else, and does not reflect well on SI, hopefully they will beta test fully before releasing the next version, it is now the accepted norm you buy in november and have to wait until march to get a working product, that has to stop, totally unacceptable! i hope you guys in the dev side get better resourced this year, would hate to see the product fail good luck to all involved Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
