So, I'm looking to make my own database where there's no Bosman ruling, running how the transfer system used to run before Jean-Marc Bosman. So for example; - Limitations to the amount of non EU players (3) - 7 Year ruling to gain country status My only problem is....I'm not sure how to do this Would any one be able to help me out or even link me to a database similar to this?
