Great job lvzifer!

With AFC Bolnore I'm currently in Division 6 as well, but not running away with the league as much as you are :).

The past year or so, I have found it much tougher to find quality players, they don't exist and/or won't sign for me.

Now promoted to Mid Sussex Football League Division 3, just holidaying the season as I am always 1/5 favourite to win the league and usually win the league or get promoted, back to back promotions so far.

I think you're confusing the Mid-Sussex League and the Midland Football League. Provided the database mirrors the RL pyramid correctly, this should be it:

Level 12 - Mid-Sussex Premier

11 - Sussex Div 3 (now called the Southern Combination Div 2 IRL)

10 - Sussex Div 2 (= Sth Comb Div 1)

9 - Sussex Div 1 (= Sth Comb Premier)

8 - Isthmian Div 1 South

7 - Isthmian Premier

6 - Conference South (= National League South)

5 - Conference Premier (= Nat League)

Well, this seems like a fun challenge. I've just started up. Up the pyramid we go(hopefully)!

I was looking for something to do since I'm burnt out on my long term game and I don't really want to start something more serious until FM16, so I'm going to give this a go. If anyone's interested, I sorted graphics for the two playable teams in the division, downloadable from here. Not really necessary at early levels, but it might make your expeerience a little better when you're flying up the leagues. :)

Ok, season 1 done. Won the league comfortably, as well as the Tester Challenge Cup. I lost in the Brian Hall Challenge Trophy after reaching the quarter final. Still, a good season, and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Season 2 done. Another rather easy promotion. Lost most of the squad during the summer, but managed to build a new one. Lost out in the cups, but happy with our second promotion

Season 5 done. Promoted without much problems. Clean sweep in the cups again. Amazing season by our star striker with 52 goals in 33 matches. Also; Fun fact. We aren't the only team to get 5 promotions in the 5 season so far. Corinthian-Casuals have done the same, but since they started higher up, they just got promoted to League 1. Imagine that.....

Well, to my surprise I just had my first player called up to an international match for Iceland. Playing for Iceland and in the 19th tier of English football as an amateur, for some reason I don't think he'll stay with us for long. Do they have international windows at this level?

Season 6 done. 6 promotions in 6 seasons so far. Once again we went unbeaten. Our only international player had an amazing season scoring 30 goals and bringing 23 assists in 32 games. And all from the right winger position. Incredible, but he is way to good for this level. I hope I can keep him for many seasons yet.

I must suck at FM15. No promotion this time around. After not loosing many players the past few years lost my entire back line and my striker falls apart in big games. The top two teams were much better than me, was happy with a 2nd place in a cup. Oh well, I'll give it a go again in league 5 and see what happens.

Wow, straight promotions to League 2! Nice. At what level did you go semi-pro? Getting tired of players being poached by every other team each season, so it would be nice to know when I can expect that to end.

I think it was around level 8, the isthmian leagues, yes it is a problem with other teams poaching your players, alot of the time you can keep your players by offering them new contracts when other teams try to poach them.

Im in League 1 now but i am losing alot of money because the board took out a loan to build a new stadium and im 770,000 in the red.

Yeah, I can usually keep them if other amateur team are offering them contracts, but if a pro or semipro team offer they usually leave. So I guess that means 2-3 more promotions before going semi-pro for me.

We are making good money so far. At the peak our balance was about 800k, but it's lower now after I got better training and youth facilities. I've also gotten the youth coaching up to an "exceptional" level. We haven't had much good youths coming through yet, but hopefully that will be helpful when I can actually give something else than amateur contracts.

you will probably get a new stadium built when you reach conference south as minimum requirements are a 4,000 capacity stadium with 1,000 seats. the board took out a 1.7 million loan to pay for mine and put a real dent in my finances.
