Fenech Posted July 21, 2016 Author Share Posted July 21, 2016 One thing worth mentioning is a few of the clubs including fulham and blackburn start with transfer embargos. If you don't want this, you need to do the following. you need to edit this file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2016\data\db\1603\edt\permanent You will see a file called Transfer Embargos here. Open with Notepad and then remove the relevant embargos... otherwise just be aware that there are clubs that start with embargos. this has nothing to do with me, its pre programmed into the embargo file in the location above ^^^^ Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

You will still get all the players regardless of the leagues you load, just not all the staff The Key Countries are: Austria, Brazil, Spain, Argentina, England, Portugal, Holland, France, Germany, Scotland & Italy The game has now been released. Press Reveal and it will give you the word - then type in the word into the box. once you press authorize download, then it should download, if it doesn't try again, just tested and it is working.
