martinji Posted October 30, 2014 Share Posted October 30, 2014 Colombia have just won the World Cup in my game after winning all of their knockout games on penalties, including winning the QF, SF and final after 0-0 shut-outs versus Holland, Argentina and Spain respectively (though I am far into the future, these are all still big teams whereas Colombia are pretty limited). I only noticed this because my goalkeeper is the Colombian no.1. He saved 14 out of 20 penalties in those four shoot-outs, including all 3 that Spain took in the final, and was instrumental in the matches themselves - in 6 of the 7 games played, the opponents had more shots on target. Yet the poor guy isn't even selected as the goalkeeper in the tournament dream team! (let alone winning the player of the tournament). Harsh FIFA, harsh. (Yeah I know we all know the AI isn't great on these things, and this isn't a moan, I just thought it was amusing since IRL he'd have been a big hero) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
