DieSpaghettis Posted December 25, 2013 Author Share Posted December 25, 2013 Players Complete wing backs - these need to be attack minded i.e Shaw, Baines, Walker Central midfielders - Strong powerful work horse i.e Toure, Martinez, partnered with two technical players i.e Wilshere, Gotze or 3 strong work horses. Complete forward - strong, good in the air, finishing i.e Lambert, Lukaku Advanced forward - Pace, finishing, technique i.e Osvaldo, Hernandez It's important you spend time to build your squad to suit the tactic. Team talks Teams talks are an absolutely important part of the game that many people disregard due to laziness, therefore I highly recommend you do them manually. I always use assertive unless am being aggressive If you won your previous game - Carry on from where we left of Home any/away easy - I expect a win / do it for the fans Hard away games - Play without pressure / carry on from where we left of (if you won previous game) HT/FT talks are common sense depending on the circumstances Training Prior to the season starting do tactics/very high and alternate each week with team cohesion/very high When season starts do balanced/average, and allow rest before and after games Match training I always use defensive positioning regardless of opposition Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
