Conan21
I have followed some advice given to other players on these forums on how to set up defensively at corners. However I am still conceding quite a lot of goals from there. I'd say maybe 60% of all goals scored against us come from corners and I'd say 10% of the 60% are own goals from my players with cracking headers into the back of the net. I know the set-piece set ups are a known issue at the moment but what can I do to stop this happen? Even if it's a small amount?
almightyrohit
Try getting all outfield players inside the box, man marking/marking tall players/strikers on "Go Back". It also helps if the average height of your team > 6 ft. Have yet to concede a goal on corners in the last 18 matches after I applied the above instruction.
