Does it work if you temporarily rename your Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\graphics folder to something other than graphics and try again? Scab Posted November 3, 2013 Share Posted November 3, 2013 I believe you can rename it back to graphics once you no longer need to access that screen that locks up. Looking at the patch changelog though, it seems this bug was fixed in 14.1.3. Maybe verify that your game is patched and that alone will fix it for you?
