Blake_Porter
Upon trying to access the editor I am getting a message that says: "failed to find language data, could not select language" Any suggestions how or why? Thanks!
Michael F
Try opening the editor this way C: Program Files (x86) > Steam > SteamApps > common > Football Manager 2014 Editor > click on the editor application

Gamage
Im getting the same problem, this FM is really starting to push my buttons, full of errors and problems, how can the editor be fine for FM13 yet it has errors on FM14!!!
KUBI
This is probably a localisation issue. You can try the following: Copy the english language file, rename the copy with the language of your operating system (chinese.ltc etc) I guess the editor is searching for a language file according to your OS and the error message comes when there is no file in the language folder. KUBI
Can't be empty, as FM 2014 would not start without the language file.

KUBI
In Steam right click on Fm2014 ---> properties -->local files --> verify integrity of game cache
SiLarcs
Apparently the problem is that the Editor and FM14 have been installed in different drives. Tried reinstalling them to put them in the same drive but not given a choice of where to install it to! So stuck. Verifying game cache integrity hasn't helped..
