Outail Touzar's ownership of demoted Salisbury City has been overturned and the Whites have now been taken over by a new consortium.

The Moroccan businessman came in as the club's co-owner in May, but has been forced out for failing to put money into the club.

The action was taken by ex-Salisbury chairman William Harrison-Allan, who sold him the club.

Harrison-Allan regained control before selling to the consortium on Friday.

The group, who have taken on the club's existing debt, is made up of local business people and includes Touzar's former co-owner Mark Winter.

Hibernian have signed Moroccan striker Farid El Alagui to aid their push for promotion back into the Scottish Premiership. The 28-year-old, who joins on a two-year deal from Brentford after spending last season on loan at Dundee United, becomes Hibs’ second summer signing following David Gray’s arrival last week.

Rochdale News not yet done

Defender Rhys Bennett has signed a new two-year contract with Rochdale.

Michael Rose, Joe Rafferty and Joe Bunney have all agreed new contracts with League One newcomers Rochdale.

Full-back Rose, 31, played 47 times for Dale last season and has extended his existing deal, which had 12 months left to run, until the summer of 2016.

Defender Rafferty, 20, has done likewise, while striker Bunney, also 20, has signed a fresh two-year deal.

Versatile midfielder Peter Vincenti has signed a new one year contract with League One newcomers Rochdale until the summer of 2016

Jamie Allen, Oliver Lancashire and Bastien Hery have signed new contracts with League One newcomers Rochdale.

All three players have signed deals until the end of the 2015-16 season

Meanwhile 18-year-old midfielder Andy Cannon has signed his first professional contract with Dale.

Rochdale player-coach Brian Barry-Murphy has signed a new two-year contract with the League One newcomers.

Elito has a year remaining on his contract with the Daggers but requested to leave for personal reasons, and the Sky Bet League Two club have confirmed that they have reached an agreement for the 23-year-old to move to Holland.

Nicky Law, manager of Conference Premier club .Alfreton Town, has made his tenth signing of summer by bringing in former Mansfield Town attacking midfield player Lee Stevenson on a one-year contract.

Coventry City have completed a deal for highly-rated goalkeeper Reice Charles-Cook, Sky Sports understands. The former Arsenal youngster spent last season with Bury but opted to leave Gigg Lane in the summer.

WANDERERS have terminated the contract of young midfielder Andy Robinson just months after he arrived from Southampton, The Bolton News can reveal.

Robinson arrived on a one-year deal this summer after a brief loan spell last season.

But boss Dougie Freedman confirmed after his side's 1-1 friendly draw at Macclesfield tonight that 21-year-old Robinson has now left without figuring for the first team.

Freedman said: "We have agreed to terminate Andy's contract and he has returned south.

"He was homesick so it was the right thing for him."
