Adding/Removing Leagues

Hey guys, I used to have the Erevidisie as one of my leagues on my recent game but I chose to remove this league starting from the summer of 2018, however when this happened all the managers from each club were sacked and also most teams now have no players. PSV had signed carlos fierro and AZ had signed angelo henriquez who I was planning on signing but they are no longer on the game.

Does anybody know why this has happened or even how I could go about getting these players back on the game?

Players are removed from the game when a league is removed and for some reason every manager is usually sacked, strange that it removed those players though I'd have though some players with a decent enough reputation would stay in game.

Thanks for the reply, I get that some players would be lost especially if their reputations are low but players like angelo henriquez and carlos fierro who are based outside of Holland at the start of the game should surely remain
