FMADDICT69 Posted July 8, 2013 Share Posted July 8, 2013 hope someone can help, i have searched for days and cant find some simple info on here. i simply want to know what the best attributes are for a director of football and the head of youth development. im looking to trying them out for buying new players and also hiring and firing staff. any help in learning about what attributes to look for would be great. rekluse Posted July 8, 2013 Share Posted July 8, 2013 DOF -> Judging ability/potential and determination. Adaptability if they aren't already a DOF, and Buying Players if you're cheating. Working with youngsters if you're having them bring in youth players instead of your HOYD, or yourself. HOYD -> Judging ability/potential, determination, working with youngsters and man management. Adaptability if they aren't already a HOYD. After that then you want the same attributes you want in a coach since they'll be training players as well.
