I have read lots of resources and experimented to some success I now have my beloved Wolves in the Premiership. I am playing a 4312 formation and my width comes from my full backs attacking. I have a rigid set up with 'control' How do I compete against the big boys in the Premiership though? Which shouts and team instructions should I use? lennon67 Posted May 23, 2013 Share Posted May 23, 2013 I play a 4-3-1-2 at home and 4-1-3-2 away in my save with Valladolid. I wouldn't play both full backs on attacking as there would be a lot of space for the opposition to attack, you should play on the counter attack against the bigger teams that's what I have done and it has seemed to have worked well. The 4-3-1-2 formation is quite a tricky formation to get working perfectly in FM, you really need fantastic players to make it successful I feel.
