emmettk90 Posted November 11, 2012 Share Posted November 11, 2012 I have a great backroom staff of coaches of 4.5 stars or above at Arsenal but they are all fairly elderly so am looking to the future. I want to sign a few coaches that are not quite there yet, but am wondering is it better to get a coach with good Mental Attributes but not good Physical Attributes or the other way way round. As for what you should look for in a coach, then you need to get coaches that cover all aspects of training and give you the highest star ratings.
