Not quite sure about how these work? Have look round but can't figure them out.

Can anyone help and explain, sorry if its just me being dense:(

According to wikipedia a list is any enumeration of a set of items.

I think what it means is that when there is more than one of something, such as players, they get shown one after the other in a manner, often vertical, by which you can easily read them one at a time. Some lists are ranked, or sorted by a certain value, but sometimes it is just random. People use lists because if you just wrote out all the players names higgldy-piggelty it would be hard to read.

P.s.

Depending on staff responsiblity settings;

Add to unwanted list - someone (normally DoF) will sell the player for you.

Add to development list - Someone (normally DoF) will loan the player out for you
