Quite lucky to get through with 3 points but definitely deserve it after beating Poland in the qualifiers (twice!) now Russia in the Euros! That's a very big break for hungarian football. Cheers Guys, I'm hoping the higher ranking will bring a few more better youths through the clubs. I had been toying with this concept myself for some time and decided to give it a go some weeks ago, albeit with a somewhat different approach: Start as a club-manager and earn myself the national team job. In parallel I'd invest in my club team's youth infrastructure and improve the quality of Hungarian regens. I currently can't get around to continue that save as I found Hungarian teams just bleed money with no chance of improving infrastructure in the first years. Sorry if I overread: Did you load the Hungarian League? Can you see some positive changes there? Any regens you consider an improvement compared to your original bunch apart from Racz? KUTGW! Cheers CRM, yes I loaded the Hungarian League and Debrecen seem to be reaching the group stage of European competitions most seasons, but usually finish last. Also they keep breaking their attendance figures each season but are yet to put any of this wealth into their facilities. I've got a good selection of strikers that seem slightly better than the old core but the rest of the positions seem to be lacking in any real quality coming through. The worst part of it being deep in injury time.
