He's been nothing short of excellent in a few games. This Jones hate is just bizarre with no real foundation. Seriously, I would have dropped Pepe this season for Jones, but that doesn't mean I think he should be a permanent first choice, it just means Pepe has been truly awful for a while now. I was surprised tbh but he filled me with more confidence than Pepe does in recent times. As you can probably tell I gave up on Pepe quite some time ago. I think he's done a decent enough job as a back up, and happy to keep him for back up, but quite clearly no where near Pepe.
