Seems strange that as it stands Petrucci, Pogba and Fryers are out of contract, as well as a few others and yet the club hasn't made any announcement about their future. Nor have clubs like Juve or Spurs that are the clubs that Pogba and Fryers are going to.

Well Juve announced the signings of Kwadwo Asamoah and Mauricio Isla today, Pogba would be mental to move there now with Vidal, Pirlo, Asamoah, Melo and Marchisio all way ahead of him, not that I still don't fully expect he will move mind.

Although they're out of contract, they're still at the club and will be until they sign elsewhere or decide to leave immediately. And Petrucci has signed a 3 year deal according to some reports.

Pogba would have more chance breaking into United's team IMO. Juventus have loads of CM and have also bought Asamoah and Isla in addition and are expected to get Verratti as well. Pogba may have to play for the primavera side for a while but who knows

Yeah I thought Davide had been kept on.

I did aswell which is why I find it strange they haven't announced a new deal if it has been signed. Maybe we will hear something in the next few days.

The way people have been talking, they make it sound like Pogba is motivated by money. If thats the case then he'll go regardless of how many people are ahead of him.

Clevz has been defending his "brand" on twitter to Scott the Red. Fair play to him to be honest. Said he was bored while he was injured and it's something he might use once football's over.

I still think it's a bit shameful to have a brand at his age/stage in his career, but to each his own.

Anyone else annoyed at the Moutinho rumour? We let him slip away from Sporting (good relationship) to Porto and then think about getting him even though his price is now going to be at least double what it would have been a year/two-years ago when we could have been developing him to be what we need now.

Fergie said to MUTV today that he is working on one or two things but has nothing to say yet because negotiations are so long and difficult at this time of year etc.

The thing with Moutinho is that even though he is more expensive now he is about 34% 3rd party owned and that money can be distributed to whoever they want ie it ends up back with people here.

Are we hoping that he stays?

Things always seem shady when its to do with portuguese football it seems.

another whisper regarding Axel Witsel, what do people think of him, could he do the business?

Some of the people I talk to about football and know him seem to think that he's an aggressive one. Probably has to do with that leg breaking incident back when he was at standard (which I refuse to watch).

Berbs never plays - complete waste of money. How often would a fourth choice striker play? And never in an important game either so no point. Fergie may rave about what a brilliant footballer he is but obviously doesn't trust him. Get rid now!

Apparently Juve has just bought some midfielders; but he has looked set to join them for quite a long time already. Just waiting for the announcement really.

SAF on Berba was just like a salesman. Wouldn't put too much meaning into it. Besides, he's right. He is a wonderful footballer. Just wrong for us atm.

Pogba is gone confirmed by Fergie. Interesting to see where his career goes now, we can't miss what we never had reall. Fryers agent hasn't been in contact with the club either.

The new number 7 is Valencia! Bit of a surprise tbh.

Apparently Kagawa turned down the number 7 shirt!

Looks like the tiny chance that we would get Modric has officialy gone, he would have been nailed on to get the number 7 shirt.

Worried that we wont be signing the midfield player we need now that Pogba has gone as well.

So he's finally gone then. Good. Hopefully will spend the next few years on his arse, with slightly more filled pockets.

Just glad to get this out of the world, finally. It's been a long time coming, like I've said throughout the summer and probably before too. Very talented player so will probably become something, but it is a bit early to be hung up on wages at 18. Guess it was bound to happen given how we poached him tho. Oh well.

Hopefully Powell is more interested in staying for a while.

Hopefully Powell is more interested in staying for a while.

Powell is a completely different kettle of fish. :D

I'm disappointed Pogba is gone, a he had the makings of a very good player. But it's a bit rich for Ferguson to say he's shown a lack of respect to us when we knew how much he respected his first club with how he left them for us in the first place. And did we show any respect to Lavre either? No, not one bit.

If money is his priority, then fair enough. Good luck to him.

Picture doesn't work for me, but it doesn't sound very good. Have kind of written him off already as it's a very serious ailment for a professional athlete. It's bad enough for normal mortals, but for a guy with his 'job' it must be about impossible to perform to needed levels.

So assuming we get no other midfielders, what's our first choice midfield? Carrick and Kagawa with Young and Valencia/Nani on the wings? Not much defensive capability there. Cleverley, Anderson, Scholes, Giggs and Park in reserve - are we going to ever win a tackle in midfield?

Im skimming it now and I think it states we already are a Cayman Islands company. The risk factors section is interesting, it shows the club are well aware of fans fears about signings and success. Would be nice if they did something about these risk factors and reduced it though wouldn't it?

Also despite being a Cayman Islands company it says they expect to be treated like a US business and therefore will have to pay a standard 35% federal income tax on worldwide income.

I'd be amazed if there isn't a tax benefit to that, unless being listed in the US is a requirement of the IPO or allows the Glazers to hide more information.

Apparently it is to avoid capital gains tax if the Glazers sell B shares and we've been listed on the Cayman islands since April.

It would have been a little bit brutal if earlier Fergie hadn't revealed Pogba had gone and then people read the list of first team players on this document to see he isn't on it. Fryers is though.

IPO gone through on NYSE, apparently going to become a Cayman Islands listed company (unless Anderdred is taking the ****)!

Really hope the latter is not true, tax dodging is a joke, we already pay naff all anyway.

Filing document here http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1549107/000104746912007026/a2210109zf-1.htm

I might buy a couple of shares just to have them. :D

On the Caymans. That's disgusting. But that's the lovable and honorable Glazers in a nutshell.

I miss the time when we were a football club and not a tool :(

Thats american CEOs in a nutshell.
