Are you looking for a laptop or desktop? In any case go for at least 4 gb ram and as much processor power as possible to play FM.... Although running every league with all players is a bit steep!

There is a file which has all leagues however, no players and it doesnt do all systems...

To be honest, what you are looking for is almost impossible. I can see no point in loading all players and all leagues because even if the game runs to start with, it will eventually get to the stage of slowing down to a crawl. If game speed and cost are your criteria, you could get a mid range i5 processor and 4 GB of RAM and could run a quick game with say 20-30 leagues which would be more than sufficient for your needs, without spending a lot of unnecessary money.

I have nearly every league in Europe and it's already very slow. You can't have the ultimate FM universe AND want good game speed. It's impossible.

The issue here is wanting all leagues and a cheap computer to pull it off, no Chance

I have an i7 Laptop 2360QM (possibly), and 8GB of Ram - I'm in 2019 and it's slowing down even with only about 20 leagues loaded.

Unfortunately to get to where the OP wants to be there needs to be some massive database optimization from SI's end or possibly even 64-bit coding. Which is a real shame.

I ran every league on a large DB for a while without any major issues, seemed fine. You just need a fast enough PC - I doubt any laptop would be even close to doing the job.

I run every league with a large database & the top 2 divisions plus all cups* in Europe on full detail processing, it's not too bad speed wise although transfer windows are a choke point but other than July/August & January the game ticks along quite nicely. Obviously an acceptable speed is subjective & if I had less spare time than I currently have then I'd have probably run a small game.

One thing that is a must to avoid is loading all players from the database, I tried that once & it didn't take too long for FM to use up its addressable RAM, iirc the save was unusable after 2 seasons. I'd also say this is the same for added too many third party league packs.

*I didn't include cups for lower division teams only in full detail processing, e.g Serie C Cup, JPT, Scottish Challenge Cup, etc

PC: i7-920 o/c @ 3.8, 6GB 1333 RAM
