Is it possible to change backgrounds and add graphical packs in FMH?

Can you change backgrounds, skins and the like in FMH the way you can in FM? Not looking for links just can you do it? Fairly new to FMH so sorry if this is a frequently asked (and answered) question.

Android = You can edit skins, I am releasing a red one today on FMHVibe.co.uk to see if it gets interest then I will look into it further.
