For those who weren't involved and want to have a look this is the thread. The aim is simple. You join a lower level team and stay there for 20 seasons to see how far you can take them. Future transfers are set so you won't be moving about, points are awarded depending on league placing, promotions and cup wins so we have a winner at the end of it all. A lot of things are not decided at this point so I have created the thread for people to sign up and join in with the discussion. Now the previous game was in Norway. It was going okay but once teams got to the top they struggled to make a big impact and didn't look like winning the league. The options now are to go with an edited Northern Ireland database down to tier 7. Should give plenty of chances at league success as it is not a strong competition. Alternatively we could put them in an elite league pyramid and see what they can do up against the big guns. All players will start at 17 year old. CA will be maxed to give the players a better shot at achieving some success. They will be retired from international football and have injury proneness set to 1 so they play as much as possible for the club. Anyone interested please complete the below template. Remember this is about how well the club does so best to select the position you think a player has the most influence on how a team performs. I like the funny league structure with all the play offs. I thought it was too strong a league in the end and decided against it. I am starting to think Ireland may be too weak a league now though and the players will just rush through the pyramid and dominate the top flight straight away. It's a French language forum and my French isn't great so I am stumbling through it at the moment. Looks like they have changed domain name though and haven't exported the posts from the other site. Is everyone happy starting in Ireland in the 5th tier?
