mix it up a bit, have a 'puppet' if i manage in a country that doesn't speak english. Sometimes go scottish to get the scottish manager boost.

I use my own name... the whole point of the game is fulfilling our grandeur fantasies, so winning the CL as "Someone Else" would sort of defy that purpose...

However for testing purposes I've used anglicized or scandinavianized (?) versions of my own name.

In my current save I'm Fox Van Allen. (I stole it from a Staff Writer at Joystiq - it has a nice ring)

Currently i'm managing Santos in Brazil but I've set my manager up to mirror Dida (ex-AC goalkeeper) I used FMRTE (:O) to get my international caps correct as well as giving myself his full name at start-up and then "nicknaming" myself Dida. Lovely.

The aim is to dominate Brazil for a while, then waltz on down to Italy and make A.C. a powerhouse again.
