I Can Score More Goals Than You, No Strikers Edition

My Shaq actually got fewer games this year yet went from wanting to leave to being optimistic about his future ... not sure I understand the logic but looking at his stats he should be good enough to break into a permanent first team role soon anyway.

None of the DCs are on the board yet ... seems crazy the AI does so poorly at corners when in my own saves the DCs average a couple of dozen goals between them pretty much every year (and that's without any special corner exploits, just a DC on each post with mixed delivery).

Dench Frimpong completed his move to Palermo on a free transfer, he is listed for loan and hasn't played yet.

Unhappy players

Charlie Anh is still at Lazio and still not seeing very much action. He wants to leave the club, has announced that he wants first team playing time and is considering his options.

Helge Blendet is considering his options at Man. City and wants first team playing time.

Greg Johnston is at Liverpool but wants to leave the club and has announced that he wants first team playing time. Is considering his options. Had one sub. appearance.

Arawn Moridin is looking forward to leaving Stoke. He wants first team playing time and is considering his options. He is transfer listed by request.

Players under transfer bids

Tomorrow I want to do an award update, some of our players are getting some significant recognition and I haven't included many of the awards in my updates.

This is going to be a more image heavy update without so much talky talky from me. For each player I will post their attributes as of June 1st, 2016 and then I will link to images for their landmark achievements, awards and biography pages. This way I can put out a lot of information without typing or thinking too much. Enjoy the update! Some players had so many awards I had to split them out.

My players attributes look very good indeed, possibly already close to the PA, probably need to move from Fulham to a bigger club to help get more goals. Could also do with improving my penalties a bit, have i actually taken any?

If you look at your attributes page, it shows the penalties between goals and assists as: Penalties taken(Penalties scored). For instance, Simon Leigh has 1(1) so he made one out of one attempts but Rocky Bruttus IV has 2(1) so he had two chances and made one of them.

I saw that for the current season - i meant over the players entire career, i scored a lot in youth football at the start of the game so i assume i did at that level.

Is it just that Fulham have a good penalty taker, clearly Villa don't looking at Goldsmith and Leigh

I don't see career penalties being tracked in FM. The only historical data tracked is team, divsion, apps, goals, asists, MoMand Avg rating. If you can point me where to look, I'll look at it for you. I have put stats up for every season though so you should be able to look up your own players history at this point.

I simply don't understand how I'm not getting a game. 11 caps for Scotland; very good physical stats (my determination has dropped from 15 to 12 unfortunately) and my technical ability on the ball is solid.

Who is the short sighted manager of Liverpool in this game!!!! :p

Between the club and international Shaq is at well over 100 appearances for his solitary goal ... oh well with 27 caps already at age 20 he's got to be on course to break the USA caps record, even if he can't score goals to save himself.

Jimmy Kruse has really developed into quite an attacking threat. Getting named in the German First Division Team of the Week just about every other week and picking up a few big awards must be making other teams aware of his quality. It's also good to see that he's broken into the Australian team this year and played very well for them. The future looks bright!

KUTGW Rabbit! This is a great thread :)

Transfers from season start

Helge Blendet moved from Man City to Schalke on loan until the end of the season.

Mark Brown moved on loan from Man Utd. to FC Twente until the end of the season.

Marco Di Mata moved on loan from Man Utd. to join Justin Collins at Valencia until the end of the season.

Jonas Dockx transferred to Olympique Lyonnais from Liverpool for 14.25M (wow)

Edoardo Lorenzo transferred from Sporting (POR) to Inter for 18M (double wow)

Vincent van Coconut has stepped up to the big time and transferred from Tottenham to Barcelona for a whopping 20M. (and is playing regularly).

Eighteen Rabbit took a free transfer from Napoli and joined ESTAC Troyes (and actually started playing and scoring for a change)

Unhappy players

Mike Nevo is unhappy at Chelsea, he's playing just not every game. Wants to leave the club and has requested a transfer publicly though he is not yet transfer listed.

Greg Johnston is unhappy at Liverpool with only one league app. He wants more first team play time and is considering his options.

Other things of note

Justin Collins has attracted the interest of Arsenal who is considering picking him up when his contract with Valencia expires.

Arawn Moridin, Jake Stothard and John Crane are all hanging out in the reserves for their teams
