Well we got off to a winning start to the month seal passage to the quarter finals in the Coupe de France, and also the league win which saw us pass the 40 point mark to seal safety in my opinion and also pushed us back into the European chase as we jumped back up the table, I'm hoping the rest of the month is as successful. I'm hoping the fact the on the three league games are sides close to the bottom, to get me into the European picture as now I've hit 40 points my aim is the Europa league. but i say that, it's going to be mid-table for me if i lose games against the likes of st etienne

Again we started the month with a win in the coupe de France as this time we progressed to the Semi finals of the Equivalent of the French FA Cup, im quite confident with the Semi against Lyon next month as we seem to do well against them. In Ligue 1 we did ok, a easy win over Toulouse but a goalless draw with Stade Rennais just shows how we seem incapable of putting the poor sides to the sword, We did managed to thrash Valenciennes in the final game of the month and we moved into 3rd in Ligue 1 which is just amazing!, for we have mathematically guaranteed safety with 9 games to go we can concentrate on getting into the Europa League.

What an end to the season! considering in the clubs entire Ligue 1 history it consists of 2 season, winning a total of four games drawing 18 and scoring a pitiful 47 goals picking up a pathetic 30 points in total in one season we have smashed all that history away, playing a wide attacking football we caught the Ligue 1 sides off guard as my wingers caused all sorts of havoc all season with the goals fairly spread out, we were a good side to watch always attacking, as for this month's games losing to league champions OM is no slight on the side the only disappointment this month is the draw with Ajaccio but history has happened!

Only a couple of pre-season games for me this summer as the small squad and the pending champions league campaign need to keep the squad fresh, and it ill be a tough season but i think t may be my last at Arles as the backing isn't there for a full scale push at the title so ill be aiming to move to a more established side next season but for this ill be going all out for another europa league spot and a decent run in europe.

well the free signing was great what i didnt expect was the chairman to sign the player on £195k a week meaning four players matched him leaving me with a massive wage bill so ive sold my top scorer for £500k and two other of my main players needing to be shipped out, so far this summer ive concentrated on trying to trim my sqad but still have a managable team for the league and Champions league, ive only managed to sign 1 player due to my wage constraints, so i think we may have some issues this year.

Well I’m not sure what to make of that month, a couple of league wins propelled us up the league and into 5th, a win and a defeat in the Europa league, I’m fed up of having goals chalked off, or my defence just deciding not to turn up, it’s frustrating, I really want to leave as my players are getting tired and it’s only the second month of the season!

To be honest all the hard work against Sparta were undone with the defeat to PSV, we just weren’t at the races at the Philips stadion, which leaves PSV in the driver’s seat. But it’s doable but we need to show consistency to get the clubs first eredivisie in 9 years, It was nice to see Olsson notch on his debut I signed him for goals as he has scored for fun in Sweden gaining the top scorer award two seasons running I think his pace will be dangerous for us.

Well

A great month for us not only did we make up for the fact we got well and truly beaten by PSV last month by winning 100% of our league games in February, we have also managed to edge ourselves through in the Europa league, I feel with us taking on Deportivo in the next round we do have a strong chance of progressing to the Quarter finals a major plus point is the clinical ness in front of goal of Olsson he is averaging a goal every other game and im happy with that as he settles into the league. We sit a point ahead and im over the moon as the last run of games is definitely winable
