Robin_ellis_19
I'm with Arsenal trying to replicate the style of Barcelona for the new season, but half the work is on the training ground. So has anyone seen Barcelona training schedules that have been tested?
ham_aka_stam
What do you mean by Barcelona training schedules? Barcelona's players' attributes are heavily based around technique, first touch, creativity, passing, decisions, off the ball movement and agility. But you're much better off adjusting your training schedules to suit your players's needs.
Marsupian
Match preperation focus area: Attacking movement, match preparation workload: high. That's probably what they do in real life anyways. As ham said just make schedules to make your players better. If you want to play like barca it's probably a good idea to focus a bit on ball control and attacking as well as aerobics while focusing a little less on strength and defending. That said some of barca's defensive players are not the greatest technical players ever so in the end you will probably make a schedule like any other one (defending players focusing a little more on defending and strength while attacking players focus more on ball control, attacking and aerobics).
