Spector
Sorry but my level of english is low and i dont know what do you want ;( Do you want screens my settings of corners or what? pkr
I've been using all the versions of satorox's tactic, but I must say that this one is definitely the best. It's still very attacking like the previous ones (or even more, I'm scoring 3+ goals in every match) , but has A LOT better defence. I'm playing in polish league in 2013 and my team average age is ~21 (90% squad are young, talented regens). In previous season my team was supposed to be relegated, but I've managed to win the league with 22W 6D 2L (96-35), and I wasn't using this version from the beggining. Right now, I'm 9W 0D 0L (33-5) and I'm crushing everyone in the league and even doing well in champions league where the team are so much better. IMO squad rotation, superb morale, ~100% condition & fitness, correct team talk & players on each position = success I'm gonna post some screenshots when I finish this season. Match preparation Initialy, I was using very low/very low workload as my tactic's familiarity was maxed out, but some players were complaining about it so I decided to change it to average. Additional Focus Area: one day before match: attacking set pieces (for some bonus to att. corners <3, DLC 19 heading/16 jumping is scoring for fun in every match) after match: teamwork (as it's the only focus that's active between matches) Some team talk feedback: Pre-Match Team:. If you're favorite / Similar opponent (Aggressive) I expect a Win,. Aggressive pre-match teamtalk works great for me only when I'm a HUGE favorite. If you're not favorite, (Calm) Give these their fans. Worth money. Not sure about this, never worked for me so far. When. losing / drawing / Winning 1-0/playing Bad, (Aggressive) Team's pride at Stake Aggressive half-time teamtalk (1-st option from top) works like 100% of the time when you're winning by 1 goal/losing/drawing, and it doesn't matter what are the match odds, so this is awesome and I think the most important one. Half-Time Team:. When Winning Big, (Calm) this is what works for me: winning by 2 goals -> calm winning by 3 or more -> passionately Full-Time:. Winning, (Passionately) A very nice Victory, Well done. If favorite / against Similar team Losing / drawing (Aggressive) I'm disappointed (or Whatever on top). If Underdog, and losing (Calm) Unlucky. Works great. What I've noticed is that you need to experiment with a correct tones and options for specific players. For instance, some of my players never react to "passionately->you have faith" in pre-match, but they do when I use "calm" tone. Right now, I can motivate 9/11 players in pre-match teamtalk in EVERY game. And yea, passion->you have faith works for most of them. Just need some testing. This tactic is really great. Probably one of the best tactics for FM12 right now. Good job!
Through_The_Loop
Amazing Tactic, just started a save with Crawley, first game of the season I beat Northampton 4-0 at home and now just beat Ipswich 5-3 away from home in the League Cup
dolph11
Best tactic on here, without a doubt! Still find it weak defensively and I do lose some games and win some game with the other team scoring a lot.
EvertonianChriss
I love this tactic! Started as West Brom just to see if this was as good as everyone says it is and as of the 12th of February (1st season) I'm 2nd in the League and in the final of the Carling Cup! Great tactic, in every game I've scored 2 or more goals apart from 1 game in all competitions, and that was when the team hadn't become accustomed to the tactic at all.
