Microlite Posted November 5, 2011 Share Posted November 5, 2011 Michael Lumb Michael Lumb (born 9 January 1988) is a Danish footballer who is playing for Zenit Saint Petersburg. Lumb was born in Aarhus, Denmark to a Danish mother and an English father. He is a left back. Lumb was named the young gun "Shooting Star" of the autumn season 2007/08 by the Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet and according to the sporting director of AGF, he attracted offers from English and German clubs. On 11 January 2010 it was reported on AGF's website that he was moving to Zenit Saint Petersburg in the Russian Premier League. He came from AGFs 88 Danish Youth Championship-winning team, a side that included Morten Beck Andersen, Frederik Krabbe, Michael Vester, Niels Kristensen, Jesper Blicher and Anders Syberg. Despite his youth age, Lumb has played more than 100 matches for AGF in the Superliga and First Division. Manden Posted November 5, 2011 Share Posted November 5, 2011 Great player, unfortunately he has a very hard time getting into the first team at Zenit, he will probably be loaned or sold in the january window IRL. Here he is in december 2014: Michael Lumb, December 2014 Looks pretty much like the start of the game, looks like an improvement of 1 in each of the mental stats.
