Hi mate I would not put stadiums in same folder as my backgrounds...unless you change the config files.

They're working fine now.

I have folders like this: Graphics>Backgrounds>3 Folders: Team bkgds, Comp bkgds [downloaded from your site] and Stadiums.

In Stadiums I have 4 folders divided by continent. In Europe I have 7 folders - England, Scotland, Wales, Faeroes, etc. In 'England' I have 7 folders - and so on and so forth. There is no confusion of config files.

Poland is pretty much done and dusted just waiting on the national stadium so in the meantime.

Norwegian Tippeligaen and Adeccoligaen + the National Team.

Check the first post for installation instructions and to make sure you know which pack to download.

Cheers lads, no problem dasz, as soon as you see them just post them up, that's fine mate.

Meth90wu, download the base dark BG skin from here http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/279828-Football-Manager-2012-Base-Skins

Then download these files and the follow the instructions http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/279828-Football-Manager-2012-Base-Skins?p=7194352&viewfull=1#post7194352

There are also some custom skins in here with the filter already applied, these are the two (PC/Laptop) I'm currently using.

Scorpio: http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/285910-Fm-2012-scorpio-skin

Champions League Skin: http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/287707-FM-12-RELEASED-Champions-League-skin

The default doesn't have a filter so reading the text can be hard. If you prefer the default then download one of the base BG skins that I linked to in post 211, they're basically the default with some edits to make them BG friendly. The white skin from the link is good to go as it is, the dark one you'll need the overlay files linked to in the same post.

Yeah, I like the dark one so I just replace the old overlay files with the new ones?

Yeah that's right.

The Norwegian screenshots were taken with the Champions League skin, the English ones with Scorpio and the ones on the first post with the base dark bg with 80% overlay files.

Thanks, the CL one does look pretty nice. :)

download the background overlays and use the one that works the best. Geordie recommended them to others in the thread, the post is somewhere on the 1st page.

That's the one am using https://sites.google.com/site/michaeltmurrayuk/files/base12dark_bgoverlay80.zip?attredirects=0&d=1

There are others available depending on how transparent you want it.

Cheers bigbeezer, had to get a pic ingame for the greatest team in Scotland. The (not so, ATM) mighty doonhamers.

BAD-RELIGION, there was a fix for this problem for FM11 made by Murray over at FMView, I've just tried it with EL Torero and it works. I've modded the filter files because they were of the cloudy variety but credit to Murray for the global panels.xml and for coming up with the solution.

Download this: http://www.mediafire.com/?7i5bj50v3i4of5x

Extract to the desktop, place the global panels.xml in the panels folder of the skin and place the filter folder into the graphics folder and reload the skin. Two minutes later and you'll be able to use backgrounds with that skin.
