Got to wait for my dad to transfer the details over and then I have to go for an induction. Considering my dad goes a couple of mornings and evenings a week, I could go for an induction tomorrow. It'll most probably be next week though. I dont find gyms beneficial. What is the point in spending £17 p/m to go and use a machine when you could go for a run outside for FREE . Induction is as someone said, safety procedures and how to correctly use machines. Not what you think it is... Depending on the gym, they wont just give you a program... some gyms have trainers and personal programs which is obviously a higher fee.
