Those starting at a Premier League side will be in the reserves or youth squad at first. I have one of the lowest PAs though, so my star will fade sooner than others I'm immersed in my current save at the moment; when I start again with a 10-14 level English league file I'll add this. Wasn't a criticism or anything, as I think what you're doing allowing people to be in the game like this is actually a really good idea (especially as it solves the issue of someone creating themselves and putting their CA/PA at the maximum, giving them a tiny wage but long contract, amazing stats etc).
