Closer it gets to 11pm, the more worried I'm getting that this 3 month search for a goalscoring striker is going to end with sweet Fanny Adams. Because Jelavic is currently in Croatia with the international squad, no way is he going to be able to fly back to England and complete a medical before 11pm. Really chuffed with this signing, I remember some West Ham fans said they would be angry if they sold Stanislas to us. They said they were not too bothered about Hines, because he's struggled to shine since his injury, but Stanislas is good player who shows moments of Premier League quality. Don't know much about him, I'm happy enough with Beckford, but hey, if he's good, they could make a cracking front 2, though I'd feel a bit sorry for Nugent who's played well so far.
