G-Man11
It was a choice between Beausejour and Fahey.. Marlon King... Was going to put a bet on him as finishing top scorer in the league when I thought he would stay Coventry and I've never put a bet on a Cov player finishing top scorer in the league before! G-Man11
Bah, never really watched him play before and am still not filled with joy about him playing for us Tbh he turned out to be a much better footballer than I expected him to. Always thought he was very much a player based on his physical attributes but it turn's out he's actually someone who's best attributes are his technical ability and I don't think there's a player in the league with a better first touch than him (no jokes please ). He's strong, no slouch, has a great first touch and first time lay-offs, is intelligent in his use of the ball and his understanding of player and he works bloody hard, he's also get a decent finish. His main down side is that he can get very frustrated and either lash out or just stop working for the team. I'm also convinced that ref's are very biased against him when it comes to giving free-kicks/penalties or offsides.

G-Man11
And he's one of the most hated players in the country... That must have an effect, surely? On who? I definitely think that because of his criminal past that officials seem to side against him and let defenders rough him up a lot. He's also now hated by the Cov fans so I don't think anyone likes him anymore . Should have just stayed where he would be appreciated .

G-Man11
I meant an effect on him and his play... The constant booing must be nearly impossible to ignore. Seeing as how he get's it at every single ground I'm sure he sort of is used to it tbh. Certainly didn't effect him last year, would normally throw a stop because his team-mates were playing so bad and giving him no service or because the refs were letting defenders do want they want to him. Oh and it's the 'she said no' chant and not booing normally.

englandmanager
that guide is terrible for leeds MLG, it recommends the peacock which isn't advisable for away fans imo, they sometimes refuse them entry, glad to see my recommendation of the drysalters is their 1st choice though (it's 10 minutes walk away and plenty of away fans go in there and mix with leeds fans)

The Rocket (I live about 15 minutes from the station). Wouldn't say recommending a pub about 5 miles from the stadium is a good idea though RFM .
