Gray players own real players and real leagues

Anyone else noticed how teams with medium gray players own many teams with real players? they always seem to have better physical condition and moral and will win against many strongers teams.

I see lots of these situations in AI vs AI matches and in the long run this destroys the leagues we are running because their reputation will lower due to real teams losing to gray teams which usually are from lower leagues

I find this problem only in international matches. Euro Cup and World Cup qualifications are messed up, and sometimes some African team wins the World Cup.
