Tony Hawker
Right now it's 30th October 2016.
GylfiAsCharged
Oh, thanks. I suppose you can get through seasons pretty quickly with that small database and relatively few games to play.
Metalstorm_User
what an amazing game... i see a bright future for San Marino, will be watching closely!
Nobby_McDonald
Well done on getting your first point. Didn't think I'd ever say that in a career thread.
Jpayne
This career is pure class, makes me want to create one like it!
laudrup_11
sounds like San Marino would take you back, but i cant imagine the job being available any time soon! hopefully who-ever has replaced you is in his 60's? so tempted to do something similar but i dont think i could handle the constant defeat!
AK22
Wow! That's quite a transfer budget for a club of that stature. Hope you do well and raise the standard of the league. What are the expectations at the club like?
Tony Hawker
Well done on getting your first point.Didn't think I'd ever say that in a career thread. Thanks Nobby, I hope the new manager does us proud This career is pure class, makes me want to create one like it! Thanks Jpayne, it's actually fun playing in San Marino after you get over the fact that your going to lose 99% of the games. sounds like San Marino would take you back, but i cant imagine the job being available any time soon! hopefully who-ever has replaced you is in his 60's? so tempted to do something similar but i dont think i could handle the constant defeat! Thanks Laudrup, right now I'm in no hurry to get the job, and because of losing a lot more, you get a hell of a lot more pleasure when you end up drawing against a team or even managing to get a win Wow! That's quite a transfer budget for a club of that stature. Hope you do well and raise the standard of the league. What are the expectations at the club like? Thanks AK, there expectations simply are to win it, and we are on course to win as well. San Marinos fixtures, I resigned after the Scotland defeat so the new guy isn't too bad himself. RichG
Good idea to quit Tony. It is the right decision in the long run. 4-5 seasons of building your club and you could have a good group of players.
Tony Hawker
Season Review - Juvenes Dogana - Campionato Sammarinese We won the championship group with ease and next year are in the ECC so hopefully win a European game as our strikers are definitely capable of finding the net. Coppa Titano : We won but we needed a penalty shootout to win the Semi Final & The Final. Campionato Sammarinese : As you can see we won with ease, and just look at the amount of goals in the Championship Playoff! And I think I'm cursed, I almost always lose the last game of the "regular season". We also have upgraded Youth Facilities on the way and Juvenes Dogana aren ranked 331st in Europe and thats down 37 from last year! Next Season San Marino have a team in ECC Preliminary Round (easy win I hope) and 1 team in the EURO Cup Champions First Qualifying Round.
B.W.G
Unlucky with the national job. Although being the manager of Juvenes Dogana is handy as they have a lot of potential especially with the amount of money they have at their disposal, it can go to good use upgrading the facilities. It almost makes me want to manage San Marino out of the Italian league on my save to see what I can do
GylfiAsCharged
You could almost use that money to bring the entire national team to Juvenes Dogena! Congratulations on winning the league and cup.
Romanista1994
Unlucky with the national job. Although being the manager of Juvenes Dogana is handy as they have a lot of potential especially with the amount of money they have at their disposal, it can go to good use upgrading the facilities. It almost makes me want to manage San Marino out of the Italian league on my save to see what I can do B.W.G doing the original San Marino double challenge would definitely be interesting, but perhaps a bit too easy. If you do a thread though, I'll follow it having (fairly successfully) tried my hand at San Marino Calcio before. Tony Hawker, you're doing well, congrats on the double! Perhaps you could use Juvenes' financial dominance to buy that young striker Alberto Costanzo as he looks quite awesome.
Tony Hawker
I'll keep this short. We have a chance to get in the ECC Group Stages!! EDIT: Thanks Romanista, Alberto Costanzo hasn't really developed at all in the last 3 years so I don't think i'll be buying him as we have some pretty awesome Italian regens for the league
GylfiAsCharged
Wouldn't it make more sense to only use Sammarinese players in your club, to try and improve them?
Tony Hawker
Not really because using foreign players I can improve the club continentally and that gives us more money for upgrades to youth
GylfiAsCharged
Ah, I see your point. And who do you have in the European draw?
Tony Hawker
Real Madrid AC Milan Feyenoord It's all about the money Lost 4-0 at home to Real Madrid Lost 3-0 away to Feyenoord Lost 5-1 at home to AC Milan
GylfiAsCharged
Wait... you made it into the group stages!?! That's incredible!
Tony Hawker
Yep, we did, and just incase anyone wanted to see, here's how we got there : Notice Conti scoring most of our Continental goals. And here is Conti:
GylfiAsCharged
Brondby are a decent team, I wouldn't have thought you would have had a chance against them! Congratulations!
Tony Hawker
Europes over for us now, we did amazingly well being able to score 3 times against AC Milan, and once against Real Madrid & Feyenoord. In other news San Marino finished the qualifiers ahead of Malta and San Marinos fixtures: San Marino are now ranked 136th in the world!
B.W.G
That was evil group if you were any 4th seed team but its well worth the money you received. As for the San Marino manger, all I can say is wow and how did they manage to beat Slovenia!!!!
GylfiAsCharged
Very impressive for both the club and country!
Tony Hawker
Atleast I'm now worth 8M And the European Championship Qualifying Groups have been made The manager could be able to get points of of Andorra, Cyprus and maybe even Hungary. GylfiAsCharged
I'd say 4th is definitely achievable!

Tony Hawker
I got it from the Editors Hideaway : http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/232938-San-Marino-Campionato-Sammarinese-Coppa-Titano-Trofeo-Federale-Youth-League Some news, will do quick season update shortly but.... Tony Hawker
Season Review - Juvenes Dogana - Campionato Sammarinese - 2017/18 Scored same amount as last year but conceded 2 less easy championship win, into Europe we go, again. Coppa Titano: Another win, with a good 5-0 win in the Quarter Finals and a 5-1 win in the Finals. Campionato Sammarinese: My curse is lifted, 23 games 20 wins 3 draws 0 losses!
Tony Hawker
Now that is a great way to start off my Champions league campaign, a 12-2 agg win to the Maltese Champions!!!! EDIT: We also have a massive £3,313,748 for a transfer budget!
laudrup_11
surely now would be a great time to get back into the national job? increased status, some more players coming through, and a fairly good draw for qualifying?
Tony Hawker
I'm gonna stay away from the international scene for a few years still to come as I've just gotten 2 14 year olds through my youth intake and they're already the most expensive players in San Marino, and San Marino is looking quite steady in the rankings of mid 120s. The 14 years olds are worth 24 & 22k....most valuable in San Marino...
GylfiAsCharged
I'd wait until 2020, and take over 10 years after you did initially, as all of the old youth prospects will be at their peaks and you'll get a chance to use them at their best.
laudrup_11
just dont think you should miss san marino's first ever competitive win! that was the initial point right?
Tony Hawker
They've already had their first competitive win, infact they've had 2, beating Malta and Slovenia 1-0 in the 2018 World Cup Qualifiers

Tony Hawker
This loyal friends and avid followers is the start of the San Marino wonderkids; My 2 14 year olds, plenty of years to grow...could be 14 years until they peak and they're already the most expensive in San Marino. What do you think about them
GylfiAsCharged
The Sammarinese Rory Delap?!
B.W.G
Paris looks like he will be handy in the future. I think I'll pass judgment on Pagano for a few years because I'm not too sure on him.
GylfiAsCharged
Yeah, aside from his long throws, he doesn't look that good. But then again, aside from his long throws Rory Delap is only Championship/League 1 quality, yet he turns out for a Premiership team every week! Tony Hawker
Not a very eventful year for San Marino, an Away draw to Albania and a win against Liechenstein.
Tony Hawker
I hate my boardroom..... They won't let me add more scouts we have 5 scouting the world, it isn't enough They won't let me expand the stadium or buy a new stadium we have 8.6m in the bank, a 500 capacity stadium and we are averaging 485 per match... Tony Hawker
Cut this short, we won the cups easy and won the league very easily: Other Information: Lets hope I get further than last years efforts...
B.W.G
Nearly the perfect domestic season, shame about the draw agaisnt Tre Penne. Potentially do it next season and good luck in the Champiosn League
