The tactic is home-made 4-1-2-3, v1.7 of it (tweak here, tweak there etc.). sorry for the image size My strikers are solid, mostly with finishing/composure/pace/acc around 13, 14. But they come one-on-one and shoot: a) off the target b) in the goalie. Current stikers' roles are poacher (attack), target man (attack) and deep lying forward (support). Any advice? The conversion rate is generally one in four, which differs depending on your tempo, formation and general build up play in creating certain types of chances. Players who scored freely during preseason (5-6 goals per game) and opening two matches (4-4 & 2-2 draws) suddenly couldn't score from 8 ccc's. Condition levels were lower than I would like ~95% at game start, but I subbed every key player when his condition fell below 70%, so it can't be that.
