Biscotti
Uhm... He is unambitious? Isn't that a big problem? Not for this career, it's not - means he's more likely to be willing to stay at Tord instead of wanting a move to a bigger club.
HSVen
Never thought about it that way. Being unambitious shouldn't mean that you wouldn't like a bigger contract, no? I always thought it had a large influence how he develops: Unambitious = won't improve much?
the_greyham
well that can be true but he is very proffesional and that i believe contributes to player growth along with determination and ambition so lacking one will mean he will still progress. and hrbfcrule great career mate keep it going

hrbfcrule
Heck, he's brilliant. Do you think that he could play 1000 times for you? And quality pre-season too! Due to the smaller leagues in Sweden it's almost impossible for him to reach 1000 appearances. Anything above 800 appearances would be incredible but that also depends on his susceptibility to injury. For the preseason I've decided to just let my assistant sort it all out so continue to expect much better results in preseason. Uhm... He is unambitious? Isn't that a big problem? When I saw he was unambitious I looked at it in the same way as Biscotti, that he wouldn't want to move to a bigger club. Although there could be some truth in what you are saying. I have 2 other unambitious players Stefan Hedlund (YP64) and Jonas Andersson (YP49). They are both good players but in my opinion neither of them reached their full potential. I hope the_greyham is right and that his determination and proffessionalism will help him reach his potential He looks fantastic, you just need to focus training on his quickness in my opinion. Yep I agree, I've focused his training already
hrbfcrule
March 2043 [/url] A decent 1st half display was enough to win the cup. We weren't playing our best but we were unusually clinical. Dejan Ohlsson (YP68) and Adam Karlsson (YP65) scored within 5 mins of each other to give us a healthy 2 goal lead going into the break. GAIS played much better in the 2nd half but struggled to break us down. They were restricted to long shots which were mostly harmless except for one which arrowed into the top corner in the 77th min. Fortunately we held on to claim our 1st Swedish Super Cup win in 6 years and our 3rd overall. League: Tord 3-3 AIK A brilliant game for the neutral and a perfect example of the saying "you're at your must vulnerable when you've just scored." 3 times we took the lead only to be pegged back all 3 times within a few mins of scoring. We were ahead for a total of 8 mins of the match despite taking the lead 3 times. Stefan Hedlund (YP64) scored our 1st in the 9th min, a lead which lasted less than a minute. The game then went quiet until the last quarter of an hour. Adam Karlsson (YP65) got his 2nd in as many games to make it 2-1. We then held this lead for a whopping 6 mins. Magnus Kjellman (YP45) then netted our 3rd in the 86th min to surely give us the win. But no they scored within 2 mins to scrape a point. League: Atvidaberg 0-1 Tord Jonas Andersson (YP49) got the only goal of the game as we laboured to a 1-0 win. Still not playing our best football and our strikers have yet to find form. Typical after last season when I was spoilt for choice over who to put in those 2 positions.
hrbfcrule
April 2043 League: Helsingborg 1-2 Tord We were uncredibly lucky to come away with all 3 points. Helsingborg dominated but couldn't finish and we came in with just a single shot on target and scored twice. We took the lead through an own goal before Eddie Rubin (YP72) finally opened his account for the season to make it 2. They got 1 back in the 2nd half but we defended well to preserve our lead. League: Tord 2-0 IFK Goteborg Finally a fairly decent performance. Well we started well then kind of lost concentration in the 2nd half. Axel Nordgren (YP71) and Dejan Ohlsson (YP68) both scored inside the 1st 15 mins. After that we just sat back and refused to get any more much to my annoyance. We were lucky not to concede any as we seemed to invite them to attack us. League: Orebro 1-2 Tord Another brace in the 1st half followed by an hour of sitting back. That's the 4th time already we've done that this season and somehow it hasn't cost us yet. Stefan Hedlund (YP64) opened the scoring then Kristoffer Arvidsson (YP77) scored his 1st for the club after already providing 4 assists. Orebro got a consolation in the 80th min but they could have easily had an equaliser. League: Tord 2-1 Umea FC It looks like we need to fall behind before we buck our ideas up and play well . Umea scored against the run of play in the 10th min. Their best hope was clearly going to be defending for their life to hold their 1 goal advantage. Luckily Axel Nordgren (YP71) had put on his good boots today as he was clinical. He scored from both his half chances in the 2nd half to turn the match around in our favour. We are still yet to play at our best yet we are still winning. The sign of champions? Well Man Utd seem to do it week in week out.

hrbfcrule
May 2043 League: Tord 0-0 Mjallby We are really struggling to get going this season. A main factor could be the numerous amount of injuries to our better players including Eddie Rubin (YP72). We were clearly missing last season's top scorer here as we failed to cut through Mjallby's solid defence. League: Hammarby Fotboll 0-1 Tord We seem to be faring much better away from home as a Dejan Ohlsson (YP68) strike gave us a 4th consecutive away win. Swedish Cup 3rd Round: Tord 2-1 Ramlosa Sodra A kind draw for us despite it being against Premier League opposition. A reasonably comfortable win as I rested most of the 1st team. Oskar Svedberg (YP69) headed us into the lead in the 1st half. Phillip Nilsson (YP70) doubled our lead from the spot midway through the 2nd half before Ramlosa got a consolation in the 90th min. League: GAIS 1-1 Tord Another disappointing performance. We conceded in the 2nd min but Axel Nordgren (YP71) saved us a point in the 92nd min. No hiding the fact that this was a dismal display. League: Tord 1-2 Malmo FF It was coming, our 1st home league loss in 35 matches and deserved to lose. It was still a better performance than most of our matches this season but not good enough to beat one of the top Swedish clubs. They took the lead early on before Kristoffer Arvidsson (YP77) deservedly equalised in 1st half injury time. They then went on to dominate us in the 2nd half and eventually they got the winner. League: Assyriska 0-1 Tord A great comeback to our 1st defeat of the season even if it is against a relegation favourite. How we only scored one is beyond me however we have now sufficiently scared any fan who was brave enough to sit behind the goal. The amount of shots we put over or just wide was incredible. Luckily Axel Nordgren (YP71) had already scored in the 13th min so we still got the 3 points. All 2nd half I was just waiting for their equaliser from a quick counter attack after our complete domination.

hrbfcrule
June 2043 League: Tord 3-0 Trelleborg Our first convincing home win in a while. Axel Nordgren (YP71) was the star, he netted himself a hat-trick with the final goal coming in the 92nd min. He has been brilliant while Eddie Rubin (YP72) has been out. League: Oddevold 1-3 Tord We struggled at the start of the match and eventually went behind in the 22nd min. The goal was what kicked us into action as 5 mins later we were level thanks to an own goal. Axel Nordgren (YP71) gave us the lead just before half time and in the 2nd half Erik Fahlman (YP74) wrapped things up from the penalty spot. Job done. League: Tord 3-0 Ramlosa Sodra It was the Axel Nordgren (YP71) show again. This time he got a 5 minute hat trick late in the 1st half. His goals came in the 39th, 42nd and 44th min. He could have had a few more in the 2nd half as could a few of his team mates but the chances were wasted. Confirmation of our 2nd place in the Champions League: We won't have it in this upcoming Champions League. It will be in the next one. So 1st and 2nd place in the Swedish Premier Division this season will get a Champions League place. Also if we (by which I mean Swedish teams) perform at the same standard as last season we could well have a team go straight into the group stage for the season after that. hrbfcrule
July 2043 Swedish Cup 4th Round: Hollviken 0-1 Tord As expected, despite the gap in quality, this was a close game. Cup matches tend to do that. Axel Nordgren (YP71) prevented us from slipping up with another great display which he capped with a goal midway through the 1st half. We drew AIK in the next round so looks like our cup run is over. We haven't beaten AIK in any of the last 13 meetings between us and only twice in the last 27. Talk about bogey team. League: IK Sirius 3-2 Tord A fantastic match for the neutral but not great for us as we lose to one of our main title challengers. Adam Karlsson (YP65) gave us the lead in the 42nd min after a pretty even 1st half. We then completely fell apart 2nd half conceding twice in 7 mins to go behind. Then they added a 3rd in the 76th min. When it looked like it was all over Axel Nordgren (YP71) popped up to put us right back into the game but we just couldn't find the equaliser as time slowly ran out. League: AIK 3-1 Tord Not the ideal team we would have wanted to bounce back from a league defeat. Our winless streak against them continues to grow however it didn't look that way at half time as Axel Nordgren (YP71) had given us the lead on the half an hour mark. But just like the IK Sirius game we collapsed for no reason in the 2nd half, conceding twice in 4 mins before AIK sealed things off with a 3rd late on. Champions League Champions 2nd Qual Round 1st Leg: Tord 4-0 Grindavik Despite the scoreline we didn't exactly have it all our own way this match. I changed practically the whole team from the one that lost the last 2 league games and it seemed to do the trick. The start was a bit dodgy as our visitors had the best of the early exchanges. We came into the match more as time went on but we had squandered a few chances. The 2nd half was a different story, we were the epitome of clinical. Kristoffer Arvidsson (YP77) netted a 7 min hat trick at the very start of the 2nd half. Stefan Zhubi (YP76) then added a 4th a few mins later. Grindavik continued to fight despite the effectiveness of our 15 mins of destruction and they could have quite easily had a couple of goals of their own if their strikers hadn't been competing with each other over who could do the best impression of Torres. League: IFK Goteborg 1-2 Tord Back to winning ways in the league and a pretty good win at that. Despite Goteborg's lowly league position they are a decent team. Things got going in the 2nd half after the 1st half was absolutely terrible. Phillip Nilsson (YP70) put away a penalty that apparently shouldn't have been a penalty but hey we'll take what we are given. Goteborg got some luck at the other end to cancel that out though. They seemed to foul my player in the build up to their equaliser but the ref was having none of it. Then in the dying seconds when the game seemed to have petered out Dejan Ohlsson (YP68) tapped into an empty net after Eddie Rubin (YP72) had drawn the keeper out. Champions League Champions 2nd Qual Round 2nd Leg: Grindavik (2) 2-3 (7) Tord Judging by the way they played in the 1st leg I knew this was going to be a tough game and I wasn't really expecting us to win it. However we performed much better in this leg than the previous one. We started the better of the two teams and we really made it count as Stefan Zhubi (YP76) and Phillip Nilsson (YP70) gave us a 2-0 lead going into half time. Never content to do things the easy way we quickly conceded twice in the 1st 5 mins of the 2nd half. We were saved by Stefan Zhubi (YP76)'s 2nd of the match in the 68th min. We cruised to victory after that to draw Olimpi Rustavi in the next round. League: Tord 2-0 Atvidaberg A good display all round, we scored a couple and stopped them even getting a shot on target. Eddie Rubin (YP72) scored his 1st goal since his return from injury to give us the lead before his Axel Nordgren (YP71) made it 2 after just 34 mins. We should have got a couple more but the 3 points is more important. Champions League Champions 3rd Qual Round 1st Leg: Tord 1-0 Olimpi Rustavi A good draw for us but we failed to capitalise on the chances we created. Could this be our downfall in the 2nd leg? They were never in any danger of scoring against us but we missed at least 5 really good scoring opportunities and were only spared the blushes when Kristoffer Arvidsson (YP77) netted late in the 2nd half. hrbfcrule
August 2043 League: Tord 1-0 Helsingborg Lucky to come away with all 3 points here as Helsingborg more than gave us a match. Luckily we dug in while they continued to batter us then Eddie Rubin (YP72) hit them on the counter in the 83rd min to steal the win. Champions League Champions 3rd Qual Round 2nd Leg: Olimpi Rustavi (0) 0-1 (2) Tord It was a fairly even match up until they got a man sent off in the 37th min. That kind of killed it off a bit and if that didn't Oskar Svedberg (YP69)'s goal in the 67th min certainly did. In the Euro Cup Malmo just about scraped past Hungarian team Gyor on away goals. Losing 3-1 away then winning 2-0 at home. GAIS comfortably dispatched Georgian team Spartaki Tskhinvali 9-1 on aggregate with 2 big wins. However after last season's heroics AIK drop out after facing Slavia Prague of the Czech Rep. They lost 3-1 away and could only manage a 1-1 draw at home. League: Tord 1-0 Orebro Our 4th consecutive 1-0 but this one was definately the most comfortable. The amount of chances we missed was infuriating. Orebro didn't once trouble our goal or get anywhere near it. That should give you some indication of how badly we beat them. Yet we could only must a solitary goal and that was by Phillip Nilsson (YP70) in the 80th min. Swedish Cup Quarter Final: Tord 0-3 AIK Another loss against our bogey team and after one of our better performances against them. We outplayed them all 1st half but just like the past few matches we failed to take our chances. We would live to regret that as we collapsed midway through the 2nd half, conceding 3 in 6 mins from AIK's only 3 shots on target all game. League: Umea FC 1-1 Tord Was initially going to be a tough game but it got even more difficult when Hakan Nielsson (YP47) saw red after 18 mins. Despite our man disadvantage Axel Nordgren (YP71) gave us the lead 10 mins later. We couldn't hold onto this as Umea upped the pressure throughout the 2nd half. They eventually scored in the 66th min and we were lucky they didn't go on to get a winner. Champions League Champions Playoff 1st Leg: Tord 4-1 Gorica We got a gift of a draw in the Playoff which was helped by the fact that we were seeded in the draw (10 teams, top 5 seeded, bottom 5 unseeded, so seeded plays unseeded). Gorica had seen very limited European action having only been in the Champions League once before and a handful in the Euro Cup. They had fallen at the 1st hurdle every time except this year where they had gone on quite a giant killing spree. However we were unmoved by this as Axel Nordgren (YP71) rattled up a 1st half hat trick, including a goal after just 35 seconds, before Oskar Svedberg (YP69) made it 4-0 in the 2nd half. Gorica got their away goal in the 90th min but at this rate it didn't look like it would matter. League: Tord 3-1 GAIS No European hangover for us this time as we confidently pushed aside GAIS. Eddie Rubin (YP72) gave us the lead after just 10 mins and we continued to push all 1st half for a 2nd only for GAIS to suckerpunch us with an equaliser in injury time. We eventually got rewarded for our continuous pressure as firstly Axel Nordgren (YP71) and then Erik Johannesson (YP56) scored as we cruised to a comfortable 3-1 win. Champions League Champions Playoff 2nd Leg: Gorica (4) 3-2 (6) Tord It was an absolutely fantastic game, free flowing, end to end and action packed. Could have quite easily ended up 6 or 7 all if it weren't for some great keeping. Stefan Hedlund (YP64) scored in just the 9th min to really set the tone for the game. Gorica hit back 6 mins later before taking the lead in the 38th min. Eddie Rubin (YP72) made it 2 a piece minutes after half time and practically guaranteed us a place in the group stage nevertheless Gorica kept on fighting and got their reward 15 mins from time as they scored what would eventually be the winner. A great effort by the minnows but we have ended their dream. It was not good news for other Swedish teams as they both got incredibly unlucky with their draws. Malmo drew Benfica and GAIS drew Sevilla. Both were comprehensively beaten 7-1 and 6-0 respectively. League: Mjallby 0-0 Tord We were a bit sluggish as you would expect after so many games in a short space of time. The only major chance came in the 86th min and it fell to us but of course we missed it. A real chance to go joint top and a vital 2 points loss. A tough group but then again there are no easy groups. All 3 teams we face are not great teams but are all very good. There is no really weak one so it would be tough to get points from any of these matches. Maybe a home point here and there if we are lucky.

hrbfcrule
Cagliari seems like a surprise in there. Just like the lack of AC Milan, Juventus, Lazio, Udinese or even Genoa and Sampdoria. The Italian league has been one of the more surprising. AC Milan have struggled for quite a while and normally they only manage a Europa League spot. Juventus have been in and out of the Champions League places but don't regularly challenge for the title. Lazio and Udinese have both become mid table teams along with Sampdoria. Genoa have occasionally got into the Europa League but they normally finish 8th-10th. This has left Roma and Napoli to fight it out for the title, Napoli especially have become a force winning the Serie A 11 times in this save although they have met their match in Roma who have now won the last 4. Not a bad group. Hoffenheim . It's going to be a tough group, Hoffenheim are 3rd and unbeaten in the Bundesliga, Marseille are 2nd in Ligue 1 and only just behind Lyon. Cagliari are the team we have the most chance against as they are struggling a bit in Serie A they are only 5th after a poor start. Great job getting back in the Champions League group stage whilst keeping touch with the teams at the top of the league! Thanks Do I count well? Malmö FF and Sirius are yet to come, so basically it's in your hands if you beat both. You are correct with IK Sirius being on the final day. hrbfcrule
September 2043 League: Tord 4-1 Hammarby Fotboll Axel Nordgren (YP71) netted his 4th hat trick of the season as we destroyed Hammarby. Eddie Rubin (YP72) who has been outclassed by his strike partner this season got our 4th before Hammarby got a consolation. Champions League Group D: Marseille 5-0 Tord We were powerless to stop them. We started off okay conceding just the one in the 1st 40 mins but 2 in quick succession just before half time really could have opened the floodgates. They got a 4th in the 53rd min as it looked like we could be on for a cricket score. Thankfully, through a mixture of slightly better defending and poor finishing we held them at bay until the 92nd min when they added a 5th. League: Trelleborg 1-4 Tord Another 4-1 win but this time Eddie Rubin (YP72) was the star of the show. He netted himself a hat trick as he looked to finally find the form he was in last season. He hasn't been bad this season but the early injury definitely slowed him down somewhat. Trelleborg got 1 back before Oskar Svedberg (YP69) finished them off with a 4th in the 77th min. League: Malmo 4-3 Tord A great game but ultimately we still lost. Axel Nordgren (YP71) was quick off the mark to give us the lead inside a minute for the 2nd time this season. That didn't last long as Malmo were awarded a dubious penalty which they converted after 7 mins. Erik Johannesson (YP56) retook the lead for us with only a quarter of an hour gone but again we were pegged back. In the 2nd half it was our turn to go behind and quickly equalise. Erik Fahlman (YP74) scoring 6 mins after we went 3-2 down. Unfortunately with their last attack of the game they scored. Absolutely gutted, we deserved a point and were so close to getting it but for a last gasp winner. Champions League Group D: Tord 0-1 Hoffenheim So close to getting a point. Admittedly they were the better team but we had our moments. They got the winner in the 63rd min but we pushed them all the way as we searched for an equaliser. Disappointing as this was one of the few matches in this group we have a chance of getting something from.
hrbfcrule
October 2043 League: Tord 3-1 Assyriska Another comfortable win despite Axel Nordgren (YP71) missing a 1st half penalty. He made amends a few mins later when he did eventually score. Assyriska shocked everyone when they equalised just before half time against the run of play. But Eddie Rubin (YP72) had a great 45 mins to make sure we didn't slip up as he netted twice to give us a 3-1 win. That Axel Nordgren (YP71) goal took him to 26 goals for the season overtaking Peter Jansson (YP33)'s record of 25 in 2031. League: Tord 3-1 Oddevold Another 3-1 win and another Eddie Rubin (YP72) brace. Dejan Ohlsson (YP68) added a 3rd in the 2nd half before the opposition scored a customary consolation goal. Champions League Group D: Tord 2-4 Cagliari There goes the only other match we could have got a point from. We were okay 1st half, Axel Nordgren (YP71)'s spot kick keeping us level at 1-1 going into half time. But we collasped 2nd half conceding 3 in quick succession. Eddie Rubin (YP72) then added a consolation in the 89th min. League: Ramlosa Sodra 1-3 Tord Our 3rd consecutive 3-1 win in the league and we have now scored 20 in the last 6 league games . Axel Nordgren (YP71) and Eddie Rubin (YP72) are responsible for 16 of those including the ones in this match. Axel Nordgren (YP71) bagged a brace as he beat Peter Jansson (YP33)'s record of 22 league goals in a season. Eddie Rubin (YP72) added a 3rd later on, his season really sparking into life even if it is a bit late. So we need IK Sirius to slip up against AIK for us to have any chance of beating them to the title. Unfortuately IK Sirius have been on an incredible streak recently, winning 9 out of their last 10 games and winning their last 6.
ManUTactician247
I don't know much about Turkish football so don't really know how much of a shock this is. How good are Bucaspor compared to Fenerbahce or Galatasary? Lets just say they are 12th in the 2nd tier.

hrbfcrule
November 2043 Champions League Group D: Cagliari 4-0 Tord A poor display although I did rest a few players in case IK Sirius slipped up against AIK. That match was being played at the same time as this one. League: Tord 3-1 IK Sirius Well well well. We beat them and deservedly so. Axel Nordgren (YP71) showed why he was getting the golden boot this year as he netted twice in the 1st half to give us a healthy 2 goal advantage. IK Sirius pulled one back with 20 mins to go but Eddie Rubin (YP72) struck just 2 mins later to restore our 2 goal lead and eventually the win. Unfortunately IK Sirius did not slip up against AIK in fact they coasted past them. So despite the impressive win we lost out on the title by a solitary point. Not only that but we go into next season's Champions League in the "Best Placed" category. Considering we struggle as it is to qualify from the Champions section this isn't going to end well. Champions League Group D: Tord 1-4 Marseille For a brief few mins we were ahead after Axel Nordgren (YP71) won and converted a penalty in the 3rd min. This lead lasted approximately 3 mins before they levelled although we did hang on until they end of the 1st half before they took the lead. Surprisingly in the 2nd half we had the better chances and in the end we could have quite easily drawn the match had we finished our chances. As it is Marseille scored another 2 and we squandered our 3 glorious chances. As well as getting the golden boot Axel Nordgren (YP71) also won goal of the season with this screamer against Assyriska:
hrbfcrule
End of Season Report: IK Tord, Swedish Premier Division 2043 League Table, League Graph Squad We really struggled to start with, winning games but just the solitary goal and not looking comfortable at all but at least we were winning them. We settled down as the season went on mainly down to the partnership of Eddie Rubin (YP72) and Axel Nordgren (YP71) who look unstoppable together. Midway through the season we were in full flow only to be unceremoniously halted by succesive defeats to IK Sirius and AIK. We recovered extremely well as we won 11 of the remaining 14 games to give us a reallyy good chance of the title. However that defeat to IK Sirius proved costly as we missed out by a point. It didn't quite go down to the last day as IK Sirius beat AIK 3-2 a few days before to give them an unassialable 4 point lead going into the final match. We beat them which adds insult to injury for us but at least it shows we could have quite easily won the title had it been our day. Swedish Super Cup We faced GAIS just like in the Swedish Cup final last year but with 1 difference: we were at home this time. We dispatched of them easily enough with 2 1st half goals to win it for the 1st time in 6 years. Swedish Cup Another reasonable cup run although we were stopped by the 1st relatively strong opponent. We beat Ramlosa Sodra in the 3rd Round 2-1 reasonably comfortably. Next we got our 1st 3rd tier side or lower for almost 10 years. They came in the shape of Hollviken. We just about scraped past them 1-0, not as comfortable as we would have liked. Next up was AIK who we battered but still lost 3-0 thanks to 6 mins of disaster. Europe Fixtures Back in the Champions League where we belong. We brushed aside Icelandic champions Grindavik 7-2 on aggregate before making a right meal out of Olimpi Rustavi. We dominated both legs but only scored 1 in each meaning they could have quite easily nicked it from us. Gorica lay in wait in the next round having had an incredible run so far. Unfortunately for them that came to an abrupt halt as we thrashed them 4-1 at home before narrowly losing away in a thrilling game. We got Hoffenheim, Cagliari and Marseille in the groups. We have then proceeded to be battered by them with the exception of the Hoffenheim game at home and the 2nd half of the Marseille game at home. Reserves/U19's Reserve League Finished 5th again, nothing special. U19 League A much improved 2nd place finish and only just missed out on 1st by a point. Sounds familiar Youth Players (At the Club) Niklas Svensson (YP38) - Continued to play most of the league games leaving the cup games to Joakim Hjelm (YP73) although towards the end of the season he did decline quite rapidly. 1 more season left in him? Magnus Kjellman (YP45) - Spent most of his time coming off the bench, still managed to add 1 goal to his tally. Hakan Neilsen (YP47) - Can't compete consistently with the other left backs in the squad. Injuries didn't help him either. Jonas Andersson (YP49) - Just the 1 goal this season. I have a feeling he will retire at the end of his contract. I won't be offering him a new one anyhow. Erik Mansson (YP50) - Consistently played right back but only because we have no one else. Suddenly, while I've been worrying about strikers for the past few seasons it seems all our defenders are ageing. Desperately need defenders in the next couple of intakes. Roger Magnusson (YP52) - Another ageing defender, still played well and I expect him to for another few more seasons yet. Viktor Andersson (YP53) - An average season but it doesn't look like he'll ever get back to his best, probably over the hill now. Albin Carlsson (YP55) - Struggled this season, was another victim of consistent injuries. Erik Johannesson (YP56) - Improved on last season but played a bit less as there is a lot of competition for midfield places. Victor Lindgren (YP62) -Wants to leave as he is not playing as much as he wants but I just can't afford to let that happen. Besides he has been consistently good when he has played. Stefan Hedlund (YP64) - Same as last season. He doesn't play badly but he just doesn't excel. Adam Karlsson (YP65) - Will be key in the coming years as our 1st choice centre back. Tommy Eriksson (YP66) - Didn't play much for obvious reasons. Didn't help his cause when he did play though. Dejan Ohlsson (YP68) - Another great season from the midfielder, assists and a handful goals what more could you ask for. Oskar Svedberg (YP69) - A great season, he is now playing centre back and has fitted the posion perfectly so far. Let's hope it continues. Phillip Nilsson (YP70) - Still fighting for his place in the team. 4 goals and 5 assists in 25 appearances was enough to see him win the "coveted" Rookie of the Year Award the 3rd Tord player in a row to do so. Axel Nordgren (YP71) - Absolutely incredible, blew Eddie Rubin (YP72)'s performances last season out the water. Scored 32 in 43 to break the most goals in a season record and most league goals in a season record at Tord. He also won the Swedish Premier Division Golden Boot as well as the Goal of the Season Award for . Eddie Rubin (YP72) - Got injured early on in the seaon and took a while to recover from it but 13 goals from his final 15 appearances of the season really showed he was back in form. He was vital for our title push which only just fell short. Joakin Hjelm (YP73) - Played in the cup games plus a few league games as well. I think next season will be his breakthrough season as Niklas Svensson (YP38) is finally showing his age. Erik Fahlman (YP74) - More of the same from him, a slight improvement perhaps. Look forward to many more years of similar if not better performances. Erik Westberg (YP75) - Only got a few games this season and will probably be let go at the end of his contract. Just not enough room for him in the squad. Stefan Zhubi (YP76) - Was very inconsistent, he had games where he looked absolutely incredible then the very next game he would look like Jordan Henderson or Stewart Downing (completely clueless). Kristoffer Arvidsson (YP77) - Started off the season well and overall had an above average debut season. Will really have to fight it out for a striker spot as he just doesn't play well as an attacking midfielder. Finances - A huge profit of 9mill this time around. Mainly due to the group stages. SRL88
Without me having to look, when was the last time Sirius won the league? . Unlucky on missing out on the league title, but its nice that you now have 2 teams in the Champions League.
hrbfcrule
Without me having to look, when was the last time Sirius won the league? .Unlucky on missing out on the league title, but its nice that you now have 2 teams in the Champions League. They last won it in 2032 as well as in 2030 and 2031. They had only won it these 3 times previously December 2043 Champions League Group D: Hoffenheim 1-1 Tord So close to winning it but an incredible performance to even get a draw. They took the lead in the 20th min after dominating the early stages but we had a chance to level just before half time as we were awarded a penalty. But Erik Fahlman (YP74) skewed the penalty wide leaving me absolutely gutted. The 2nd half consisted of them dominating us but unable to finish us off completeley. Then in the 80th min Erik Fahlman (YP74) made up for earlier mistakes by heading home from a freekick to earn us our 1st and only point in the group. Stephanie McMahon's Secret Lover
At the end of the Champions' League season you should get a little bit of money. Start demanding those youth facility uprades etc
leonavich
Good to see you back in champions league, and picking up a point from a pretty tough group is solid. Unlucky about the league though! so close yet so far. But a champions league spot nonetheless so good work!

hrbfcrule
At the end of the Champions' League season you should get a little bit of money. Start demanding those youth facility uprades etc I wish I could upgrade them more for better youths but at the moment they are maxed out. Same with Training facilities. Surprisingly they haven't deteriorated yet. Good to see you back in champions league' date=' and picking up a point from a pretty tough group is solid.Unlucky about the league though! so close yet so far. But a champions league spot nonetheless so good work![/quote'] Great point in CL, hope that you'll get another very talented youngster this year Thanks, It was a nice surprise to get a point right at the very end, I think we deserved at least one. Not a good year for youth intakes unfortunately.

hrbfcrule
March 2044 League: Tord 1-0 Atvidaberg A very low key start to the season. A scrappy 1-0 win over an average team. Phillip Nilsson (YP70) got the only goal of the game in the 89th min. League: IK Sirius 0-1 Tord A very lucky win. We were battered all game but somehow manage to snatch a 1-0 lead in the 2nd half and hold onto it. Eddie Rubin (YP72) notched his 1st of hopefully many for this season. League: Tord 2-2 Malmo FF Well there's karma for you. We dominated this match from start to finish despite going a man down in the 64th min when Adam Karlsson (YP65) got sent off. We could and should have easily scored a half dozen or more. Malmo opened the scoring in the 5th min against the run of play but goals from Axel Nordgren (YP71) and Stefan Hedlund (YP64) quickly righted the scoreline. Malmo equalised straight after half time as we were again caught napping. We pushed for a winner but missed a hat-full of chances. One of our best performances in a long time considering the strength of a team like Malmo.
