FM 2011 Official System/Specs Thread

Recommended Posts

Hi, I've been running FM10 with around 15-20 leagues and it's processing fine after 20 or so seasons.

For a new career save in FM11 I'd like to add in a few more countries, as I'm suffering from lack of good regens outside the 4 countries I've got loaded. I like to play lower leagues so I'd rather not drop the lower tiers I've got loaded in order to get more countries in. Is it likely I'd be able to run more than 20 leagues with this set-up?

AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core 4200+ 2.20GHz

2GB DDR2 533 Mhz memory

Windows 7 32-bit

Sapphire Radeon HD 4550 512MB GDDR3 PCI-E 2.0x16 Graphics Card

Is it worth upgrading to 4GB RAM, or 64 bit OS? (bearing in mind costs, and that I can change RAM but have never installed a new OS before!)

Cheers.

I don't recommend loading more than 20 leagues. 4GB RAM & 64bit will help but not drasticaly.

dell studio 15

Windows 7 64bit

Processor

Intel® Core™ i3-350M (2.26Ghz, 4 threads 3mbcache)

1GB ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD5470 Graphics Card

Memory

4096MB 1333MHz Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM [2x2048]

500gb harddrive

How many leagues could I run with this, how fast will it run and how smooth will the graphics be when I'm watching a match please?

I have the same setup as this and running the demo, FM2011 3D is a bit jerky on full quality but perfectly fine on Medium replete with all the other affects. Very encouraged about running 20 leagues though!

Cool. i hope im not annoying you but i got some LAST LAST questions about that HP laptop im gonna buy (please bere with me):

Do u reckon it is good value for money? YES

Is it future proof? NO

Is it worth buying? YES

Cheers for your quick response. :) That was a lot more than i was expecting. Will this still allow for full 3d match detail?

High can be run without weather/backgrouds etc. Medium will be perfectly fine

I swear ishu that was my last question please answer me. I really dont mean to be annoying i just want to know more from my laptop

I have a slow internet. Can't respond every 5 minutes

Hi,

I am thinking of buying this laptop:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00440D5MC/ref=s9_simh_gw_p147_d0_i2?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0JQSE6C7ESR5AB0GYJ2K&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=467128533&pf_rd_i=468294

intel i3-370m 2.4ghz

intel hd graphics

3gb ram

Will it run the game ok and will it run the 3d match engine? I want to get a fairly portable machine (my current 15.4" laptop is too big) but none seem to have dedicated graphics card so am a bit worried the integrated graphics won't be good enough :|

I might be able to get this spec for around 800, second hand though. I'm haggling away. :D

CPU: intel quadcore i5 760

M/B: DFI lanparty DK P55-T3eH9-

RAM: 8gb DDR3 1600MHZ

GFX: 460GTX HAWK MODEL 2 fans to cool

CASE: lian li lan case with clear side

HDD: 500gb western digital

CPU cooling: corsair h50 watercooling kit

PSU: corsair 750watt DVD burner.

I know its gonna be good but is it worth the price. Its also a matter of if I can afford it. :D

Should run it on medium easily. Maybe even high.

2000 GB :eek::p

10 leagues with 15,000 players. More RAM won't do too much good.

thanks for this and I am thinking about upgrading my cpu to a core 2 duo T9300 2.5GHz and so how many more leagues and players are can I have then

Its very hard to find a laptop CPU for a good price. You can buy a better laptop for the price of T9300.
