League leader knocked out in cup!

With 10-3 breathing down my neck in the league, and a potential semi-final match-up, the all powerful mod has the chance to make my life completely miserable in the weeks ahead....:p

Is it down to a two horse race for the title now? Balthazars failure to get a result and making the basic error in not completing his scorecard has left him 7 points behind with 2 gameweeks left. It will take something dramatic for him to win now and his 0 score automatically gives him dunce of the week. His aussie compatriot Panpardus who got a good score of 9 is now just one point behind leader ScottleeSV whos poor form continues. soon to be departing champion salkster2102 sees his good form continue with the top score of 10 but has to share that accolade with mametz1536 whos good form also continues.

The Cup final will either be a 3 way match or a 4 way match depending on the Man City vs Stoke match.

What happens if a three-way Cup final is a draw? Would duplicate one-and-a-half-Cups be awarded? :p

It could be arranged :p

It will go down to correct scores on the day and if still a tie correct scores over the cup period. If we somehow still have a tie then they can share it.

Only one change in the league table in a poor week and it's a big one. Panpardus retakes the lead at a vital stage of the season and on current form is odds on favourite to take the title. ScottleeSV will know he will need a few correct scores if he is going to take the title that he has lead for most of the season. His misery at losing top spot was made worse with dunce of the week and is joined by markwilson27. mametz1536 continues his good form and is within a shout of snatching 4th and 5th spot. As we enter the final week who will take the crown of FMS Prediction League Champion 2010-11?

Final League Table

Panpardus is the FMS Predictions League 2010-11 Champion

FMS Predictions Cup Final

BenArsenal 2 salkster2102 5 mametz1536 7

mametz1536 is the FMS Predictions Cup Champion

Well what a long season it has been and we have a new champion. salkster2102 grudgingly hands over his crown to Panpardus who in the end ran out a clear winner. His form in the last 6 weeks stole the league title from dunce of the week ScottleeSV who had led for most of the season. Balthazars came out a close third place and maybe would have got second if he had completed his scorecard a few weeks ago. mametz1536 great form continued and got double joy at the end. He not only won the Cup but managed to snatch 4th place from tenthreeleader and dunce of the week BenArsenal who had been fighting it out all season. Top scorer of the week goes to markwilson27 who just managed to climb a few places at the end.

Honours List:

FMS Predictions League 2010-11 Champion: Panpardus

FMS Predictions Cup 2010-11 Champion mametz1536

FMS Xmas Predictions Cup Champion: Brian W

Stats.png

On a personal note can I thank all those that have took part this season. Not quite the season I was hoping for but congratulations to Panpardus who takes my crown from me. It's been a pleasure doing this and i've really enjoyed doing it. I started out aiming for more people to take part this year and that has been achieved so thanks again for taking your time out to do this week in week out. And also congratulations to markwilson27 who earns himself dunce of the season :applause:

Hope to see you all taking part next season

Salk, you've been a champ doing this, it's been heaps of fun and the banter has been great. The spreadsheet was a nice one too!

Unfortunately I couldn't pull it together towards the end of the season, hit the self-destruct button like my beloved Arsenal! That said, it seems I've walked away with the most correct scores, which I'm pretty proud of.

It's been fun guys, hope to see you all next season!
