Tloxov2
I was playing on my west ham save, and behrami has been playing all season. With only 10 games left he gets a weird injury that i have never seen before and ive played football manager since 05, is this a new injury that has been put in because it kinda p*ssed me off due to the importance of him in my squad. Hopefully as its an infection is doesn't spread (thats if it can spread) as i dont want my main squad members out for 7 months lol. i did see that its best for him to go to the specialist but force of habit made my say send home

SWaRFeGa
Surely it's best to send him home. Less months out?
Milldem
Surely it's best to send him home. Less months out? More likely to happen again though.
Tloxov2
Hopefully he dont get it again, may have to get better backup in july just in case though. Need to strengthen anyway as just won the league cup and need better team for europa!
pyewackett
I would personally go for the option that's best for the player, even if it means that they'll be out of playing for the team longer, I do this with all injuries when I play my game. Zweibeiner
This can happen in real life too. Any Oxford United fans here might remember Jamie Brooks, who nearly died of a viral infection and took him years to return to playing football (check out wikipedia for more details). He was never the same player afterwards.
x42bn6
In reality there would be only one option - send to a doctor or specialist. There shouldn't be a choice - it's no ordinary virus.

Reganio
For a safer search go for Marcus Babbel, he nearly died when he was a Liverpool player took him a year I think to come back to the squad.
