I joined Birmingham in the 2011/2012 season with them mid table and 20 points off top with 10 games left after leaving Bradford City. I managed to drag them up to win the title in those last 10 games! A bit of wheeler-dealing saw me able to bring in some top quality signings for the 2012/13 campaign.

Having bought a handful of regens who are all out on loan i have pretty much done what the Glazers are looking to do by selling players when they hit 29/30 and are still wort a fair bit of money and then just trust the youth. It would appear it works! Have a bank balance well over 400m and am the second richest club in the world, behind Real Madrid. Have won everything for the last three years. Paid 32 million for Pique but wanted him back and sold Ferdinand for the same amount so it was quits. Having affiliated myself with countries all over the world my commercial income is huge and wage bill is very small due to internal promotions. Stadium is maxed out at 100,000 and sells out every match. ££££££££££££££££.......UNITED

A straight 4-4-2 works much better than 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 and that's when they finally won the Premiership

Currently guarenteed to finish 3rd in the Norwegian 1st Divison with 3 games remaining of the regular season. I face the play-offs after those 2 matches.

I started out in the 3rd Division (4th tier) 5 seasons ago, took 2 years to get out of that, before winning the 2nd Division at my first attempt. I finished 7th in the 1st Division last season, before this years improvement.

I don't see us winning the play-offs, so I expect to be in this division next season, and I'd expect to be promoted automatically if we are.

Ideally I'd have more Norwegian players (Just 4 in that team), but they're really really reluctant to sign, so I often have to go abroad to improve my team.

As you can see, a lot of newgen players. Most of these have been with me for about 2-3 seasons. I haven't had many famous players in my squad, infact, only Doni (the Roma goalie) springs to mind as one.

Sampdoria, 2012-2013 season:

Ochoa (Mex.)

Jonathan (Bra.) - Sídnei (Bra.) - Danny Wilson (Scot.) - Dodô (Bra.)

D. Perrotti (Arg.) - Palombo (It.) - Ekdal (Swe.) - Cairney (Scot.)

Cassano (It.)

Jô (Bra.)

No regens in starting lineup.

Currently neck and neck with Mourinho's Inter going for first place, 2/3 of the season gone. I had Pazzini upfront until the winter transfer window, when he made such a stink that I had to sell him. He was incredible though, racking up 17 goals in 15 appearances with an average rating of 7.6.

A few interesting stories there. Back in the early days injuries and just frustration forced me to play a young 16 year old Leftback from my youth team. One Jimmy Williams. Didn't put a foot wrong! He's been my leftback ever since, only been injured once or twice as well.

Simon Gillett, the captain! He doesn't look on paper anywhere near as good as he is. His record currently stands as 444 played and 333 scored, now in his 11th season. Became a club legend at 20, and was named Captain at 21.

After playing a friendly in Israel I noticed that their young (15 year old) was valued at £250. So for a joke I had a go... Sure enough, I signed my absolutely amazing keeper (when he turned 18) for £250. He's now the best keeper in the world!

Simon Barratt also had a brother, Darren who also came through the youth team. He was rubbish though and retired.

Ben Bradbury, who is now a key component of the club's playing style was initially up against it to get into the side. He had to compete with 3 very good players, two of which were club icons (and eventually legends) in Zubov (now retired) and Gillett. His 18 goals in 10 youth appearances and 14 goals in 18 reserve appearances at the age of 16 by January forced my hand though. He just demanded a spot!

Manchester United in 2011, usually I use a 4-5-1 formation;

1.Hugo Lloris

22.John O'Shea

3.Patrice Evra

5.Rio Ferdinand

23.Jonny Evans

24.Darren Fletcher

8.Anderson

28.James Milner

25.Antonio Valencia

17.Nani

10.Wayne Rooney

Maybe a debate to be had as to whether it is O'Shea or Rafael a right fullback.

Liverpool side in October 2016

GK: José Manuel Reina Sweeper Keeper (S)

DR: Jorge Jiménez Full Back (A) - Young Mexican regen who immediately forced Glen Johnson out of the side on his arrival from Pachuca for £3.8m in 2015

DL: Aleksandar Kolarov Full Back (A) - £16m from Lazio in January 2011

DC: Kyriakos Papadopoulos Limited Defender (D) - £3.3m from Olympiakos as a 17-yr-old in 2009 and is now worth £15.25m after four seasons as a regular in my side

DC: Daniel Agger Ball-Playing Defender (D)

MC: Shavqat Andreev Ball-Winning Midfielder (S) - £8m Uzbek regen signed from CSKA Moscow in 2014. Quickly took over from Javier Mascherano.

MC: Yoann Gourcuff Advanced Playmaker (A) - £40m from Bordeaux in 2011

AMR: Stevan Jovetic Winger (A) - £7.5m from Man City in 2016 (Man City paid £24m in 2013)

AML: Alexis Sánchez Inside Forward (A) - £28.5m from Udinese in 2011. Immense in this role, cutting in onto his right foot!

FC: Sergio Agüero Poacher (A) - £52m from Atlético Madrid in 2014

FC: Fernando Torres Poacher (A) - now club vice captain

Couple of notes: Steven Gerrard is still with the club as captain, but at 36 tends to be on the bench. Jamie Carragher retired as a player in 2016 and is now coach and reserve team manager.

I am Udinese. I have won the Serie A in 2012 and 2015. Won the Champions league in 2013. I have £153M in the bank and an un-used transfer kitty of 77M.

I only sign u21 players as a policy. I dont pay over odds for players either. The only exceptions are Balotelli who was 24 yr old and Pato at the age of 21, both cost bucket loads, but thet are legends of the game.

I play a 442 with AMR/AML and one DMC.

In addition to the Liverpool team I posted earlier, I've also got a Palermo save in Italy using the same formation, still in first season:

GK: Salvatore Sirigu (waiting for Rubinho to come back off loan really, but he's doing OK)

DR: Mattia Cassani

I desperately want to improve in central midfield and up front, but have absolutely zero budget left over. Club's currently £7m in the red, so I'm looking to sell some fringe players.
