Dynamo_Eng
I've noticed people are signing players on a 'Free' or a 'Bosman' What exactly is this? And how do you do it? I know it has something to do with contracts expiring, but I'm wondering... 1) Can you specifically research this in the 'search' tab 2) What time of year do you search for players that can be signed on a free or bosman. Thanks.
Charlesbeams
most players are usually out of contract at the start of july, and if you go in the player search and filter contract to unattached or expired, you should find them
Fabregas18
You should use the 'Player Search' in early january and filter to 'Contract' ' Expiring in 6 months'. Then you will get a list of the players whose contract is expiring in 6 months. If you are managing in England, though, you have to wait until an English-based player's contract has 6 weeks left, to sign him on a pre-contract. Any other player from any other country can be signed 6 months before their cntract ends.
jordypark
Searching for expiring in 3 months and 6 months are usually the best times to search for, Scandanavian players go out of contract in December so you can get some good players from those countries around then
JohnTerry-look-alike
Search unattached players in the search filter. This will give you all the players who are currently not with a club.
