barka_legend
Whats better? Good training, games and tutoring or sending on loan?
hamzarie
IMO... from my experience playing the game.... the best is combination of all of that... at first... combination of good training + some games(1st team) aroung 4/5 games per season + good tutor. Then after a certain time/year, u can loan it to the good team (have good training facilities) to get the experience. If u just concentrate of one of those, it will make it slower on the player development.
NextGenTactics
What I like to do is have set training schedules for each player position. Personally I dont use the tutoring feature I just leave them in the youth squad until the become a good age (17-19) then I loan them to a affilated club or just place them on the loan list. Sometimes I will play them in the odd league cup game to give them a bit experience and to rest my important first team players.
