Pass into space

Hi I need some help here. During the game from the touchline I always tell me team to "Pass into Space" but I'm wondering what setting in the tactics screen I can use so they do this anyway and set my tactics up before the game so I dont have to keep telling them as soon as the game started? Is it the through ball option or am I incorrect here?

I don't think there really is one, i would continue to take the time to tell the players that before the game starts, because from what i've learned through playing fm, " through ball " means a player playing it through the back of the opposition defence for a pacey player or really anyone player to go 1on1 with the gk.

It increases through balls by 1 notch for basically everyone.

OK... as I dont want my CB playing through bals I will have to change in the Advance settings then for them NOT to play through balls, so when I do tell them on the touchline, it wont affect them....right?

If you have something manually set, then touchlines won't affect them. So if you manually set CBs to no through balls, no shouts will change it. You can do that with anything. I usually do it with long shots for some players before a match.
