Good young squad to build on, lots of british talent and a few exceptional players imo in Downing/Cattermole/Taylor. Also, you can make quite a lot of money through sales as there's a fair bit of dead wood floating around there. Expectations aren't high but you'll avoid relegation, a top half finish is very realistic and then you can crack on for Europe and beyond second season.
