I am short of funds so i am looking to youngsters to help me along. The january transfer window is just around the corner so i am scouting alot, does anyone have any ideas of which regions to scout. My scouts are all v.good, the worst one has attributes of j/p/ability = 16 and j/p/potential = 19. Which regions/countries shall i scout? Suge Posted December 24, 2009 Share Posted December 24, 2009 Youth players from the big nations (Spain, Italy, France etc) will set you back millions.
