Why is my fitness coach my tactical advisor?

I am a little confused.

My fitness coach, who is pretty daft for tactical/technical/man management skills is always the one who is giving me advice about the opposition.

His ability to judge ability/potential is also bad.

All I want this guy to do is to do strength training, and my other fitness coach arobics.

Have I missed a setting somewhere for this?

I just moved to this club and I only just noticed this problem.

Prior to this, I was at a different club and it was usually my best tactical coach who would give me advice.
